What is the Lord of the Craft?
The Lord of the Craft is the world's largest and most popular Minecraft roleplaying server. We provide a totally unique experience for anyone who wants to join us. The Lord of the Craft features unique lore, characters, worlds and plugins - all designed with the specific aim of providing the most excellent roleplay experienced possible - and we think we've successfully managed that.
Our number one aim is to create the perfect server for our playerbase to roleplay within. We spend a massive amount of our time organizing events, developing storylines and intergrating with the community to make the Lord of the Craft experience perfect. Over the past two years we've learnt exactly what it is that makes a Minecraft Roleplaying server great and we've applied that knowledge to the server.
Welcome to The Lord of the Craft's official website. You've likely read about us elsewhere, however here we'd like to give you information in exactly what we are. We're the world's number one Minecraft Roleplaying Server - no other matches our size and capabilities. Since mid-2011 we've offered the ultimate, no-cost Minecraft Roleplaying experience - and we continue to do so today.
On the Lord of the Craft you tell your story - you can become whatever you want to become. You can be a farmer, a noble or a soldier. A dwarf, an elf, a human or an orc. It's entirely up to you. We provide everything that you need to make your storyline what you want it to be - all you need to do is create it.
Enter a persistent world that is directly effected by the decisions you and other players make, and become part of the Realm. We have a community that is extremely welcoming and helpful for new players, making it extremely easy and fun for you to join.

So, what actually is Minecraft Roleplay?
Well, Minecraft Roleplaying is essentially roleplaying inside Minecraft, making use of the game features and the various custom mechanics we have created to immerse yourself further. The roleplay in the server is aided thanks to the plugin set up which we run, which features many aspects unique to the server that are all designed specifically to make things so much more entertaining for you to actually participate in. In Minecraft Roleplaying, you are able to create a character, join a guild, become the citizen of a nation or become a builder working for a tyrant King. It's the same as any other kind of roleplaying - except it's within a sandbox game, making it's possibilities endless.
