    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: If a player reads about a monster that is in the game but he's never come by he cannot roleplay as if he knows what it is.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Making a roleplay character 'overpowered'. Example: your character has divine powers or can make a city explode by blowing at it.

(depending on how the man responds she either follows or does what he otherwise tells her to do or find someone else that can help her)
