the well dressed gentleman would look at the young girl  and would reply "Oh I am not a clerk , but there is the mayoral offices they can help you with that  "

  

the well dressed gentleman points the big blue building and would say "there ... " before he walked off . 

Zylan Amadeus would walk towards the big blue building the man pointed at .
