    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: A form of gaming where the player has knowledge from an out-of-game source about a certain monster and acts upon that knowledge to defeat the monster.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: A form of gaming where the player's character does things to another character by force through dialogue, like if someone just says that they decapitate someone instead of they try to decapitate someone and let the other guy take an action.

Hello! Your application is very well written. I am pleased to see thought and effort put in behind your biography and your interesting facts. However, there are a few tweaks that need to be implemented before I can accept your application, those being as follows:

  1. Your power-gaming definition is incorrect. You can find the proper definition on The LotC Wiki
  2. Your biography is too short and lacks the required lore reference. You can find the lore on The LotC Wiki
  3. Your character cannot start out knowing magic on the server, so you will need to remove any instances mentioning magic.
  4. Your character description should match the race lore for that race. You can find the race lore on The LotC Wiki 
  5. Your skin should reflect your character description. In order to help find skins appropriate for dark elves, I suggest using the Skin Archive
  6. Your interesting facts should include a weakness and a strength for your character!

Your application will be put on pending for the next 24 hours in order for you to submit tweaks. At the end of the 24 hours, if you have not submitted tweaks, your application will be moved to denied – but you will still be able to reapply immediately after! If you are in need of help, you are welcome to join the New Player Discord or join the server and talk to us in Wandering Soul chat. You can also submit an /atreq on the server itself and an AT will help you if you’re on the server itself.
