    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is basically doing RP wrong in the way that the player uses knowledge that is not available to the character hence failing to RP as their character.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is RP-ing your character in an unrealistic way (most of the time for your selfish benefit).

“Thanks for the welcome!”  Ikita said trying to sound like anyone living in a large city as this. “There isn’t any great aspiration like you mention, although I am somewhat on an adventure.” Ikita attempted to avoid answering the question truthfully and instead gave a half truth as he shifted his eyes away to avoid eye contact. “Is there any place I could find information about the surrounding area?”  He asked, hoping that the mystery where his mother’s clan resides will be one step closer to being solved.

Considering how young your character is and the death of your mother near the start of the Aegis map, this is not possible. Please reconsider this, and have life events that would fit more into the current map Arcas.

  • Please add an example for both your Meta and Power gaming, just so we can be sure you know what they mean
