Caltrix bounds energetically down the gangplank, eyes wide as she struggles to see around the bustling city life that towers over her. She can’t believe she’s here in Haense, at last getting to know the world outside her small bubble in Brandybrook. A well dressed gentleman steps into her path, smiling widely. “Welcome!” He says, the cadence of his voice enthralling the young adventurer. “What brings you to this lovely city? Adventure? Wealth? Or some grand aspirations to elevate your place in society?” The brunette halfling returns the man’s charming smile, delighted enough to be here that she steps outside her usual shy demeanor, boldened by his fowardness. “Hello, and thank you. Surely my status is elevated already being in such a fine city. I’m here to explore! I want to see it all, but tell me, where do you suggest I start?” She responded, keen to make new friends and excited by all the wonder around her. Her eyes darted around, drinking in her whereabouts while she waited for the gentleman to respond.
