    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is using information that is learned OOC to gain advantages IC, or to do/learn things you wouldn't know normally IC.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Power-gaming is the act of making yourself all powerful and flawless, like a god among mortals. Basically, you always succeed and you can never be defeated.
