How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is using information your character is not privy to in-character, specifically to their advantage. An example I'd use is another player letting you know that some character is plotting against yours and using that knowledge to your character's advantage despite them (your character) having no way of knowing such a thing.
How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is forcing a result upon another player without giving them a chance to respond or react, or otherwise ignoring any flaws or obstacles my character may face in the pursuit of a goal. For example, if someone playing a frail and elderly man stopped your character on the road and emoted that they instantly knock you unconscious with their cane when you aren't looking regardless of anything else going on. Not only is there not a chance for you to react to what's going on but it's a very unlikely thing you wouldn't expect otherwise.
    Status: Accepted

Pietr bows his head some and waves a polite hand aloft, "Ah- sorry. Whatever it is you're selling, you must want someone else. I'm but a humble tradesmen of low birth. My father says men like us can't change our stars." The flour-splattered young man brings up a hand and tips his cap up. He echoes, apologetically. "Sorry, again. Take care." Without much ceremony he vanishes into bustle and commotion of the bazaar.

Hi there! As you can see, your app is almost ready! Just a few changes you need to make, but don’t worry - you are doing great!

  • Your Physical Description is a bit lacking; I recommend adding some more detail! If you’re lost on what to add, height, eye colour, hair colour, hair length, etc. are all good.

You’ll be given 24 hours to correct the changes above. Once you are done correcting, please contact me!

Whenever you are done, or have any questions, feel free to message me via the forums, or in-game with /message TwiCringe. If I’m not around there, you can add me on discord at twisama#9232

If you still need help, make sure to check the wiki! WIKI
