    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Using outside knowledge to alter an outcome. (ex: Seeing a player playing Minecraft on Discord and going to defend your base because of that information)
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Forcing players to respond to a desired outcome with no recourse or acting exceedingly powerful . (ex: Eech blocks Johns attack and rips off his arm with his bare hands)

Eech eyes the man with intrigue and steps before him. “Greetings and thank you for the warm welcome”, Eech says as he shuffles his feet and adjusts his pack. “I am in search of anyone who may know where Wood Elves tend to reside in these lands”,he asks plainly. “I am looking to study plants and animals here and hope some of them would be interested in trading tales” Eech looks at the man expectantly, hoping for any assistance. He extends his hand to the man offering a greeting. 

 

(PS My skin was made by my nephew years ago and it means a great deal to me. I’d like to keep it but if it is impossible to join because of it I understand. Thank you for your time to review my application )

  •  Your Powergaming Definition is on the right track, though it’s not quite there. Take another look at our Wiki’s definitions for help, and I recommend including an example so I can tell you fully understand.

  • Your Skin is not up to LotC’s standards. Consider removing the diamond sword on his back at the very least. Please take a look at our Skin Archive for references and free skins that you may use if you can’t do this.

  • Your Roleplay Scenario Response is too short. It must be at least four sentences long and include at least one dialogue and one action.
