How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is pretty much using information you learned from outside of your character and using it in your roleplay. An example of this could be when you die, and use the information from before you died, when you should have forgotten it.
How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: I am not too familiar of what this is, but I checked up on it and it seems to be when your character becomes too overpowered compared to the tone of the server. Like your character doing something unrealistic.
