    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is more or less the act of taking the knowledge you learn OOC (out of character) and applying it to your IC (in character) situations. For example, if you learned OOC that person A is angry at person B and then use your IC to make person B aware of it, then that would be metagaming, which is UNACCEPTABLE.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: It is essentially giving yourself the ability to control the world around you and those around you. In a sense, making yourself OP (OverPowered) or broken in other words. For example, a powergamer would outright kill someone, rather than ATTEMPT to kill someone.

"If it isn't much trouble, could you direct me to a place where I can find a bed? It has been a long journey, and I do feel that some rest would do me good before I explored this place."
