Well done on your application, you’re doing great! Regarding your question, a modreq is basically a "ticket" that you send in-game when you need help with something that the Moderation team is in charge of! There are varied reqs, such as /creq (see below), /sreq (story team), /treq (development/tech team) and /wrep (world/building team)!. So now, I welcome you to the wonderful community of LoTC!

To get started, I suggest doing in-game; /creq Please can a CT monk come to assist me starting out?
