    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is the transfer of in character information through ooc means, and using it in character. ie, if OOC I knew the location of something, but my character hadn't learned in character yet, then I wouldn't be able to go there.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is using emotes and or OOC chat to force your way in a roleplay situation, without allowing the other player proper room to roleplay within the scenario. ie, trying to control a scenario by arguing in ooc, or by emoting for the other player- you cannot control anothers actions or roleplay.

*Masha steps off the boat and onto the gangplank in the port of New Maraga'lin and is shocked, obviously discomforted by the unfamiliar sights, but she is strong and continues marching on.

A well dressed elf approaches her and offers her a hand down from the gangplank, he smiles saying "Welcome! What brings you here? Adventure? Wealth? Some grand aspirations to elevate your place in society? What, do tell?" He barks excitedly.

*Masha is taken aback for a moment, but quickly takes his hand and offers a smile, she coolly replies "Take me to the nicest bar in this place! I need a drink, and a job- thats what brings me here." 

The dark elf smiles and replies "Right away miss, the first drink is on me! I uh- I know the owner of a good place right near this here port, let me introduce you!"

"Today is my lucky day it seems," she says.

She looks around at the crowds in the populated city, her eyes wide and beginning to tear up. "Is this my new home?" she asks rhetorically as she follows the other elf, daydreaming about her potential future.

Physical Description: Masha is a below average height but very beautiful dark elf, with pale grey skin, white hair and blue eyes. She wears mostly brown linens.
