    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Making your character god like. for example ignoring attacks, having an ability that makes it so you can beat everyone else in one action, and being illogical with your actions so that you can become god like

Issac turns to the man in surprise. He speaks in a shocked tone “ I like to follow where the wind takes me and make friends wherever I can find them. I plan to look around and find adventures where I can get them. With adventure comes knowledge and I strive to expand my grasp on the people around me and the world that I live in.” Issac starts to walk away but turns back to the man. “If you would be so kind sir as to point me to the nearest tavern.”

In order to be accepted onto Lord of the Craft, you’ll have to make a change to your application within 24 hours. Once you’ve finished making the required change, or if you require any assistance, feel free to toss me a message on the forums or to my Discord (Cantankerous Cat#9306) so I can loop back for another review or lend a helping hand.

    You did wonderful on providing a backstory on your character, but it’s important to make sure that you fully understand the definitions of metagaming and powergaming. From what you’ve written it’s hard to tell whether you fully grasp them, so feel free to expand on them when you have a moment. We also want to make sure our reactions to the roleplay scenario have both your character speaking and acting, you can show that the two are different by surrounding what your character is saying in quotation marks, like so;

“Hello, how are you?” He said to the man.

Actions, like what your character is doing, doesn’t have these quotation marks, this makes it easier to show others what your character is doing and saying!

    I look forward to seeing what you come up with! As mentioned, if you’ve any questions or concerns don’t hesitate to reach out to me so we can get them sorted out for you. You could even join the New Player Discord if you want to ask anything else from a variety of folks who’re all ready and willing to help you on your first steps on Lord of the Craft. Good luck!

Congratulations on being accepted to Lord of the Craft!

Being accepted, you’ll be able to join in on the world of Lord of the Craft in mere moments. If you need any guidance whatsoever, you have a great many resources at your disposal, including myself. If you ever need anything from me, you can always reach out to my Discord, Cantankerous Cat#9306, or in-game. My username in that case is Slic3man.

Below are a few additional pieces of information I’d highly recommend looking into, as they can get you a good jump start on finding roleplay on the server.

In the event you have any other questions and you can’t find an answer, we’re always available to provide guidance in-game. When you log in, you can even try out the command /creq by typing in, “/creq Hey, I just joined the server, could I get some help from a Monk?” Anything you say after /creq should go to a Community Team member like myself, so we can help you out with whatever you’re looking for.

Have a wonderful time on the server, and be sure to make that time equally as wonderful for everyone around you!
