    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Meta-gaming is when someone acquires information out-of-character and then applies that info in-character. For example, say someone does research on a certain topic then they apply that knowledge to their character in game.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Power-gaming is when someone carries out oddly unrealistic and almost godly actions which is unfair to other players. For example, a child beating a grown man in a fight.

Hinaya glances about as she steps off of the boat. Her gaze travels along the market and the beautiful architecture before landing upon the man seemingly welcoming her.  She looks at him with a wary gaze, becoming uneasy as she views the man. “Ah, hello. I’m simply traveling, looking for a possible adventure.” She gave a small smile, “I must be on my way though, nice to meet you sir. “ Hinaya gave a simple nod before walking off into the stunning yet massive city, adjusting her satchel along the way.
