How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Playing with the knowledge of the player, not the character. For example in a scenario where you are fighting someone that your character shouldn't know is a mage, but he still gets prepared for fighting a mage.
How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Playing on behalf of someone else or doing something you shouldn't be able to. Like when you are taking control of another players actions and making them do something.
