    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is using information your character doesn’t know to help them decide what to do. An example is talking OOC to other players about help for a battle and what strategy you should use.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is when you make your character do something that they shouldn’t be able to do. An example is when you do something that doesn’t let other players defend themself, like saying “Alex slices off Joe’s leg”, where Joe can’t do anything about it.

-Having one's parents killed by orcs is unfathomably cliche, and overused. If you wish for your character's parents to die needlessly, please supply a more original or realistic reasoning.\
