    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Basically just out of roleplay. The character already knew and was expecting what was happening with no outside notification like a letter being sent out by somebody at a place. Using the example that was given it wouldn't make sense for a person on the other side of the map to just start running back home like something was happening. A letter would obviously have to be sent to invoke that type of panic same as them to just sprint back home.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Essentially just being overpowered. Like in a situation where you're trapped in a cave and your character just moves a giant boulder something like that would count as power gaming. Or them just doing something that a god could only do. Some levels are fine in my opinion. Like dragging or rolling a medium fallen tree out of the middle of the road would be fine on a level unless they just lift it over their head and throw it 5 miles away.

Kruig finally stepped off her ship. After multiple long days on the sea getting sea sick or just getting sick of the smell of fish in general. She exhaled glad she is on solid land. She walked into the city glancing around seeing the stalls and all the people around the place. She then heard a man talk to her "Welcome!" The man began. "What brings you to this lovely city? Adventure? Wealth? Or some grand aspirations to elevate your place in society?" I glanced up and down at the man. He seemed well dressed but nothing to suspicious. "Work is all." Kruig simple responded. She didn't like to extend conversations. But she must admit going out on a nature walk or just sight seeing in general wouldn't be on her list of things to do. And some "Sight seeing wouldn't be that bad."
