    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Meta-gaming is using information sourced out of character to influence the way your character behaves in roleplay for instance if i found out someone was planning on betraying (like in the example shown) or stealing from my character and i attacked them b
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Power-gaming is the act of forcing things in roleplay, this is unfair and ruins roleplays massively, everything has to be somewhat realistic and not overpowered as then it is a fair server for everyone.

Hey! As you can see we’ve unfortunately had to deny your application, see below for detailed reasons as to why:

 

  • Your definitions for meta and power-gaming are questionable and it seems that you ran out of space while doing them, please be mindful of this when you re-apply, our definitions page can be found here, which may assist you when you re-apply.

  • In your character biography you referenced caucasian people, lore-wise this is technically incorrect, and would instead be Heartlanders or Highlanders, which you can read about here.

  • In your character biography you referenced ‘The Golden Rebellion’ this was an event that took place in Anthos, which in character was over 300 years ago, when you re-apply please be sure to read this Arcas’ lore, which can be found here.

  • Once again, you referred to Anthos in your bio, Anthos was about 300 years ago and due to the fact that your character is only 36 he would not have been able to be there, see the link above to read up on the current lore of the current realm.

  • In your character bio, you also claimed that Raiu jumped into a freezing river and stayed there frozen for a few years and was later unfrozen, this is not realistic for several reasons, mainly due to the fact that this is a medieval roleplay server, and medicine is not far enough advanced for this to happen.

  • Lastly from what I count, you only have 8 sentences in your character biography, when you decide to re-apply, please be sure to make at least 10.
