    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is the form of roleplaying with knowledge your character would not know and gain the benefits from said metagame. I.E watching a streamer hide an item then go and dig it up from the information you learned from the stream.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Power gaming is doing an action that makes your character more unfairly powerful by not allowing the contending party to challenge you. I.E saying you knocked out a persons character without rolling or allowing them a chance to dodge ect ect.

Torsten turns towards the man with hesitation. "I...I am here to, well hold on, what business is it of yours fancy man" says Torsten. Torsten reels back a bit as he just was approached seconds after a long voyage at sea to arrive here. Torsten has a slight annoyed look on his face now.
