    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: It's basically bestowing knowledge upon you character that he/she/it shouldn't know, simply to better your chances in a situation.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: It's unrealistic roleplay, such as acting with or against another player/thing in a way that isnt realistic. ex: going after someone with a weapon YOU DONT HAVE (lol).

You must have a reference to the server lore, which your application lacks.
