    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: It is when you go out of character and gain information that you would have otherwise not know. Since you went out of character you are cheating and it is highly punishable.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: This is when someone role-plays and does something he would otherwise not be able to in reality. So if I am a human I can't shoot someone with my lazar eyes.
