Rugged and tired, Issak looks up at the well-dressed man with confusion. For far too long, Issak and Neivius have spent their time isolated from society. Issak’s medical abilities have failed him and he has been forced to return for medical assistance. The plump gentlemen was an eye-sore to Issak and smelled of potent fumes, which burned the inside of Issak’s nose. The rotund man stuttered and winced at the sight of the pair, obviously disgusted by their unsightly appearance.

 

“To survive,” responds Issak as he drags his brother alongside him into the city gates.
