Lorelei glanced up at the man, “I suppose I am here for an adventure.” She glanced around the bustling marketplace, she had never seen so many races, working alongside one another! Her eyes further widened when she saw an elf helping a dwarf find something at a stall. The man chuckled, shaking his head at her surprise. “Things are different here from where you hail from.”
She smiled. “Yes, it is incredibly different. Do you happen to know any place I could stay? I’ve been travelling far, and I’m growing weary.”
Her forest green dress was splattered with mud and her hair tousled and messy. The man looked her up and down, then beckoned. “Follow me, lady.”
