• I’d recommend re-reading the definitions of both Meta-gaming and Power-gaming. Both of your definitions are understandable yet vague so, a good way to prove that you know the definitions of these two terms would be through using examples.
• Your Character Biography is lacking with regards to relevant information from LotC- It does not appear to be at a minimum of (10) sentences, including you are missing the mandatory (2) lore pieces from the LotC Wiki.
• Both your Character's Physical Description and Personality Traits appear to be sufficient, though remove ‘My Character’ from both as this could lead to further complications. I would as well recommend you to review them and ensure they are in the minimum (3) complete sentences. 
• Your Roleplay Scenario response looks good, however, It would need to include an emote/action as well.
• Your Character’s Skin does not appear to line up with the period that LotC is set upon, the colors as well make it not suitable for the server- I would suggest either taking a look at the LotC Skin Archive or submitting an alternate skin.
