Let's begin at the top.

-The year is incorrect. You're roughly 350 years ahead of when the era is.

 

-There isnt enough lore reference.

 

Your definitions for powergaming and metagaming are acceptable.

 

The skin needs to be overhauled. That is just a basic Steven skin with a ramen bowl. It needs to match the character description.

 

I'd put more research into your character, there are oriental cultures within human rp you can go with as opposed to just appearing from Japan.

 

These are the hard points that need to be changed. Please make a forum account and reapply with that in you wish to proceed
