Is this oddly dressed man talking to me? “Hello there!?  Thank you.”  I see other people are similarly dressed like the man, not as detailed, but with a lot of fabric covering their body,  ‘Are people colder here?’ I wonder.   My eyes move from his feet coverings all the way up to his head covering and I realize he is still waiting for an answer, “Ooh elevating sounds nice...I think I am here to evaluate my place first.  Are you a representative for this city?  Could you give me a tour, I’m awfully hungry?”
