    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is using your outside knowledge of the game to play instead of using the character's role play in game knoledge. Ex. "A human knows a high elf's weaknesses from reading wiki not actually learning in game."
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: powergaming is when someone forgoes roleplay in order to advance their character. This would be any time you don't play as your character in full rp but instead do things out of rp to advance.

  • Your Powergaming definition does not match the server’s definition of powergaming. Please refer to our wiki page on powergaming to find LotC’s accepted definition (just remember not to plagiarise!).
  • Unfortunately your character cannot have any skill/knowledge in Magic whatsoever. This includes alchemy and the arcane arts. Once you’ve been whitelisted, you can seek out a magic teacher in game.
  • Your character’s interesting Facts & Traits must be written as full sentences of at least five words.
