    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Using my own knowledge instead of that of my character. Such as a vague understanding of how combustion-engines work is something I might know, but Unrolruk would not.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Not playing a RPG but something along the lines of doom eternal. Just misusing the rules to become more powerful, thus preventing fun for others.

“I have heard about the beauty of this city, so I decided to visit it.” I pause for a moment, then I continue: “I may also have wanted to try my luck in your mines or work at the forge. I suppose you don't know of a not so pricey and has a decent ale?” ???: ” Indeed I do, down this road, to the right you'll find a small alley, the fifth house on the left.” I smile and say: “Thank you good sir. By the way, the name is Unrolruk, who am I thanking?”

If the conversation ends without a reason to go somewhere else first (like to go to the guard to register or something), I would go to said Inn, rent a room and spend the rest of the day finding a place to work.

Your application has been put on pending, as there are changes needing to be made before you may be accepted, as follows:

 

  • Please make sure that your character is connected to real server lore. The clan name either does not exist, or was removed from the wiki, so please choose a different clan name (Or don’t have one at all and later join a clan in game). 
     
  • Your character bio also needs to have at least 2 lore references. so please make sure you have these. You can find lore in our forums or the main page. (Below this portion of the text)
     
  • Please elaborate on your character’s personality. You need to have more info on what they are like, with at least one negative personality trait. In addition, please remove the part about zombies as those do not exist in LotC. You can look at beasts on the wiki as well.

     
  • Please fix all grammatical errors. You can use any sort of spelling/grammar assistance program if you wish, just please make sure you make the application neat.

 

If you do not make these changes within 24 hours, your application will be denied. When you are finished, please message me on Discord @BreadStick#5363 to let me know, or if you don’t have a Discord, send me a forum message, and please do ask if you have any questions.
