    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: meta gaming, in the instance of role-playing, is using real-life knowledge of the world and server during the role-play. this leads to characters knowing more than they realistically would about the world.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: power gaming is ignoring everything in a game except what is needed to get to the end-game scenario. this leads to rushed play, and not enough immersion in the game world.
