  • Your Metagaming and Powergaming definitions are not substantial enough. Please provide more information, and perhaps an example of each, in order to solidify your definition. The best place to find accurate information about these concepts is on our Wiki, so have a look there!
  • This is not a requirement, however I will mention that it is much better to role-play characters with more dynamic backstories - simply 'Mary Sue'-esque backstories, such as having both parents die in tragic circumstances and then vowing to become a knight is a common trope that does not always translate well into roleplay. It's not against the rules, so I will not penalise your application on this basis, however I do recommend that you consider a more original and nuanced origin story for your character, in order to get the best RP experience out of LOTC.
