I. Sovereignty

The signatories hereby recognize and affirm one another’s sovereignty and self-governance of their respective borders and territories.

II. Non-Aggression

The signatories hereby pledge to forgo any acts of violence, war, or hostility upon one another, and shall neither take up arms nor aid enemies upon one another. 

III. Extradition

The signatories hereby agree to honor requests of lawful criminal extradition in instances of wanted fugitives or individuals having acted in crime to the justice of the realm of which the offense was committed. 

IV. Wargames

The signatories hereby agree to regularly engage in cooperative martial exercises such as skirmishes and training drills, so that camaraderie and ability might be strengthened without a breach of peace.

V. Cultural Respect

The signatories hereby vow to encourage cultural exchange at the discretion of their respective rulers. On account of their magic, Druids may remain passively connected while within Cauróst, but may not actively cast, and are subject to the Ivory Codex in violation of this clause. 

VI. Restitution

The Isle of Nevaehlen is to remit monetary restitution to the Princedom of Cauróst, in the sum of 250 minae, as compensation for transgressions committed by Matriarch Sonna’s predecessor Dyonne. 

VII. Garrison Rights

The Isle of Nevaehlen agrees that the Princedom of Cauróst is hereby permitted to maintain a restricted military garrison within Nevaehlen’s walls, whose soldiers may act in civic or cultural jurisdiction and enforcement deemed appropriate and necessary only by the Viridian Voice and her council. This includes, but is not limited to: immediate threats, be it through acts of violence, cultural belligerence, insurgence, or dissent. Caurósian soldiers who act in violation of Nevaehli authority are subject to strict reprimand from the Ivory Crown. 

VIII. Diplomacy

In the event of disputes or schisms, the signatories agree to pursue peaceful diplomatic means of resolution. Furthermore, the signatories may reconvene if desired to elevate, omit, or edit the terms of this pact at the approval of both parties. 

IX. Duration

This accord shall be in effect for a duration of 10 years. In the event either sovereign signatory passes, abdicates, or becomes infirmed, this treaty is considered void until terms are renegotiated.

I. Sovereignty

The Kingdom of Balian and the Silver State of Haelun’or recognize each other's independence, and as such recognize each other’s territorial integrity, their Rulers’ sovereignty, and all other rights and privileges pertaining to that station.

II. Non-Aggression

The Kingdom of Balian and the Silver State of Haelun’or agree to a pact of Non-Aggression, lasting twenty years after the promulgation of this Treaty, or until the changing of terms of Sohaeren, at which point the treaty would need to be renegotiated.

If conflict arises between the nations, then the other points of this treaty would be null and void until reestablished by the concurrence of both sides.

III. Extradition

The Kingdom of Balian and the Silver State of Haelun’or agree to legal cooperation in criminal matters, pertaining to laws applying to both realms. Fugitives shall be extradited to the realm in which they have offended. 

Additionally, both realms will coordinate against bandits and other mutual threats, to see them put to proper trial for their offences.

IV. Trade

The Kingdom of Balian and the Silver State of Haelun’or agree to the free movement of merchants between their respective markets, for the purpose of fostering trade between the nations.

Additionally, their respective courts shall coordinate to organize a cultural festival between the nations to foster friendship between their peoples.

V. Military Cooperation

The Silver State of Haelun’or and Kingdom of Balian shall coordinate their efforts against Darkspawn incursions into either realms, to best assure the eradication of such threats.

Additionally, the Regiment of Saint Lothar and Sillumir shall facilitate joint military exercises and training sessions, to further enhance their respective capabilities.

THE PRINCEDOM OF CAURóST and THE HOLY PONTIFICAL STATES

With the signing of this treaty, the Princedom of Cauróst and the Holy Pontifical States, henceforth referred to as “the signatories,” do agree to the terms and conditions laid forth.

Article I. Sovereignty

The signatories shall recognize the other’s sole authority over their sovereign states. This acknowledgement grants each their right to rule their cities, vassals, and territories according to their laws and customs free of foreign influence.

Article II. Non-Aggression
The signatories agree to a pact of non-aggression, including but not limited to open military conflict, skirmishes, and government-sanctioned patrols, and a mutual peace between their realms. At any sign of conflict within Aevos that might include the signatories’ allies, the two signatories shall convene to ensure peace remains between the signatories’ realms.
 

Article III. Extradition
The signatories pledge to assist the other in cases of extradition at a given request as it pertains to criminals convicted of the signatories’ documented laws, as well as known and wanted figures or practitioners of the dark.

Article IV. Trade

The signatories shall provide a tax-exempt stall in their marketplace for a representative of their citizenry to trade their goods freely. If a stall is unavailable, one shall be built at the cost of the host's treasury.
 

Article V. Diplomacy

The signatories agree to reconvene if desired to elevate or edit the terms of this pact. This includes, but is not limited to, treaties of defense, alliance, or further trade. Furthermore, in incidents of internal schisms or disputes between the respective sovereigns, the signatories shall pursue peaceful, diplomatic means of resolution.
 

Article VI. Duration

This treaty will be effective immediately upon signing and will remain valid for a duration of ten years. At the end of this decade, both parties will meet again to renegotiate these terms. In the event that a sovereign of the signatories passes, becomes infirm, or is vassalized, both parties must meet for an emergency summit to renegotiate these terms, lest the treaty is considered null.

   1. Mercenary work against the Holy Pontifical States will not constitute a violation of the treaty, nor will the Pontifical States fulfilling a defensive pact. 
   2. The Holy Pontifical States reserves a right of first refusal on any such mercenary agreements that Krugistan seeks to make.
      
       
4.  The signatories agree to host joint training sessions between the Krughai and the vassal levies of the Pontifical States, with a to-be-determined scheduling and frequency.
   
    
5. This pact shall be in effect for a period of 12 years from the date of promulgation.

PREAMBLE

The contents of this passage shall serve as the renewal of peace and non-aggression between the Nation of Krugistan and the Koyo-Kuni Shugonate. All parties signing this pact declare adherence to its terms under oath of blood, honor and soul to our ancestors.  

As such, the details of this treaty are listed below.

1. The Nation of Krugistan and the Koyo-Kuni Shugonate agree to uphold the peace between either realm and their respective vassals, and to resolve disputes between their lands amicably and with honor. Both states agree to not spur, nor to aid and embed, campaigns threatening a signatory’s sovereignty.

1.1. Fulfillment of priorly established Defensive Agreements shall NOT be considered a violation of this treaty.

2. The Nation of Krugistan and the Koyo-Kuni Shugonate agree to respect each other's territorial claims and property rights, including economic holdings in foreign territories.

3. The Nation of Krugistan and the Koyo-Kuni Shugonate shall prevent the use of their land for warpaths intending to aggress upon the either signatory.

4. The Nation of Krugistan and the Koyo-Kuni Shugonate shall agree to host a Sumo tournament every year at the Krugistan Auction House open to all guests in honor of their friendship.

5. The Koyo-Kuni Shugonate agrees to rent out and grant permission to the usage of its copper and gold mines to the Nation of Krugistan for a sum total of 75 mon (mina) (50 for copper mine and 25 for gold mine) per kami week to be paid at the beginning of each year ((Sunday)) in the Flower Capital of Sakura-Gakure’s Tax House. The Nation of Krugistan agrees to the following terms and conditions for usage of the copper and gold mines.

5.1. A sum total of five miners from the Nation of Krugistan will be granted keys to each mine.

5.2. Miners from the Nation of Krugistan will be subject to the laws of Koyo-Kuni and will obey the country’s laws and the principles of the NAP while within the Koyo-Kuni Shugonate’s borders.

5.3. The Nation of Krugistan shall provide a kami’s week notice when they wish to terminate the mining contract and may finish the remainder of their paid year before surrendering keys.

5.4. The Koyo-Kuni Shugonate reserves the right to terminate this contact at any time with the remainder of the paid year allowed to be wrapped up until the beginning of the succeeding year. The Koyo Kuni Shugonate reserves the right to immediate termination of the contract should this treaty be broken, the terms of the contract are not met or those in a defensive agreement with the Koyo-Kuni Shugonate are aggressively campaigned against (The Temple of Mul’naar, The Kingdom of Numendil, the Principality of Reinmar).

3. The signatories shall, pursuant to this document’s signing, summarily agree in the absolute, to considerations of non-aggression. The signatories pledge heretofore, to adhere to principles of peace amongst their realms, thereby pledging not to wage war, nor raise arms against one another or act wherein harm to the integrity of one another’s land, or sovereign nation is perpetuated, under any circumstance or form.
   
   And herein pledge, that, in the event of conflict, or adversity, between their realms, that diplomacy will e’er be their first recourse.

ARTICLE IV ✦ FORCES OF MALIGN

4. The signatories shall, with the promulgation of this treaty, avow to coordinate, combined martial & spiritual efforts; in forming a joint aegis against the lapdogs of Iblees, that become the forces of malign. Proffering no quarter unto the  Inferi, the Darkspawn, and the Dark Practicant; as joint martial efforts, are sought between the signatories' retinues, rallied in joint march, and labour, against the malign’s e’er dared offense, and existence.

5. The signatories shall, pursuant to mutual benefit, commit to free trade, and shall permit merchants from either nation to travel and trade free from tariff or harassment.    The signatories further pledge that, as long as this extant treaty is in effect, access (barring this article's abuse) to the Hyspian Gold & Emerald Mines ( 1 each ), will be granted to the Pétrine Government (5 Max); whilst access (barring this article's abuse) to the Pétrine Copper & Redstone Mines ( 1 each ), will be granted to the Hyspian Government (5 Max).

6. The signatories shall, in the absolute, adhere to promote Diplomatic Privileges between their realms.    Any violation of these above chartered privileges, by either one of the signatories, will be considered hostile activity.

The signatories agree in the absolute to a pact of non-aggression. There shall be no military conflict between either state, nor between their constituent vassals or noble Houses. Any breaches of this term shall be resolved through the appropriate diplomatic channels.

ARTICLE II: Sovereignty

The signatories mutually recognize the other as the sole sovereign state over their respective lands, and all titles affiliated with their respective styling.

ARTICLE III: Trade

The signatories agree to commit to a policy of free trade, and merchants from either realm shall be permitted to peddle their wares free of harassment.

 ARTICLE IV: Extradition and Mutual Effort

The signatories agree to ensure the timely extradition of discovered fugitives in either realm, as well as the sharing of information and collaborative effort in struggles against the agents of darkness and banditry.
