On this day the nation of Urguan and Nevaehlen form a peace treaty among their kins, an agreement to be there for one another in times of turmoil and strife. 

  A treaty passed simple promises to be there for eachother in times of war, but to also to understand one another, be friends and a people bond together past what is written on paper.

Non-Agression 

  The Nations agree to non-aggression and non-hostility among their respective realms, vowing to refrain from provoking conflicts between them. Should disagreements arise, they shall seek resolution through diplomatic channels, ensuring that the integrity of the alliance and the respective laws of each realm remain unimpeded. Alongside this, Irehearts and potential Irehearts loyal to Urguan are forbidden from challenging residents of Nevaehlen or visitors to the island to duels.

Mutual Defence Agreement

  The Nations agree to Mutual defence among their respective realms, vowing to protect each other from the dangers that threatens to bring harm towards the people of both nations, ensuring that both are not left to the hands of what wishes to harm them. 

Border Control Policies

  The nations agree to safe and open travels between their respective realms, with the stated exception of those within elder clans Frostbeard and Ireheart, which will be handled through utilising permits to determine who may enter and who may not within stated clans. Of course also both nations hold the right to deny entry on a case by case basis, and should a banishment be put into contention this will also be handled accordingly and through diplomatic channels should the need arise. 

Cultural Exchange

  The nations agree to the commitment of cultural exchange, be this through visiting respective realms, Festivals, and planned events. All in an attempt to further strengthen the bond of the two nations and enlighten their respective people to foreign cultures and practices. 

Duration 

  The Treaty shall come into effect immediately upon its signing and remain in effect for a duration of 10 years or in the case of a change in leadership the agreement can be renewed, changed, or cancelled without fear of aggression or retribution.

THE TREATY OF THE BLOOD-LOTUS

Issued and Confirmed as of 193 SA, Year of the Tanuki [1040 Kamijikan]

PREAMBLE

The contents of this treaty shall serve as the Peace and Non-Aggression Agreement between the Rex’Khanate of Lurak and the Koyo-Kuni Shugonate. In the pursuit of harmony between our respective cultures, and the shared views of Honor and Glory, we thus reaffirm our relations. Both parties declare adherence to its terms under blood oath, and with reverence to the honor and souls of our Ancestors.

1. The Rex’Khanate of Lurak and the Koyo-Kuni Shugonate agree to uphold the peace between either realm and their respective vassals, and to resolve disputes between their lands amicably and with honor. Both states agree to not spur, nor to aid and embed, campaigns threatening a signatory’s sovereignty.

1.1. Fulfillment of priorly established Defensive Agreements shall NOT be considered a violation of this treaty.

2. The Rex’Khanate of Lurak and the Koyo-Kuni Shugonate agree to respect each other's territorial claims and property rights, including economic holdings in foreign territories.

3. The Rex’Khanate of Lurak and the Koyo-Kuni Shugonate shall prevent the use of their land for warpaths intending to aggress upon the either signatory.

4. The Rex’Khanate of Lurak and the Koyo-Kuni Shugonate agree to the free exchange of wares between their respective realms, constituting as:

4.1. A singular Tax-Free Stall in the Capitals of Sakura-Gakure and Lurakhan.

4.2. The shared access between Lurak’Khanate Netherite and Emerald Mines, and Koyo-Kuni Copper and Gold Mines.

4.3. The establishment of a regional Grub Bucket within the Capital of Lurakhan.

4.4. The provision of a Barn within the Rex’Khanate of Lurak to the Koyo-Kuni, at an upkeep cost of 10 Mina annually, or 40 Mina every four years.

5. The Koyo-Kuni Shugonate agrees to make no claim with regards to dominion over the art of “Shamanism”, and further agrees to ensure the moral preservation of the practice and the eradication of Dark Cultivators.

6. The Koyo-Kuni Shugonate agrees to prohibit the Sand-Elves of Rahthuma from trespassing into the Desert, and to refrain from constructing shrines in Rex’Khanate territory.

7. The Rex’Khanate of Lurak and the Koyo-Kuni Shugonate agree to hold a grand tournament to be held every four years, or when most convenient for either state, to test the honor, mettle and strength between either peoples.

PREAMBLE:

This article serves as a formal pact agreement between Iron’Uzg and the Kingdom of Elysium, hereafter referred to as the signatories.
 

ARTICLE I : Sovereignty

ARTICLE II : Shrines  

The Iron’Uzg will be allowed to place shrines in the forests around The Kingdom of Elysium and bless the city with their protections.

ARTICLE III: Non-Aggression

With the goal of fostering a future of cooperation, the signatories agree to the following terms in regards to non-aggression:

• The signatories, as well as the families-in-ower therein, will engage in no form of hostility against one another, nor will they partake in any military conflict which would put them at odds with one another. 

• When visiting either signatories’ territories, citizens are expected to abide by the laws and customs.

• Should an issue or conflict arise which breaches this article, the signatories agree to handle the matter via appropriate, diplomatic means.

ARTICLE IV: Meeting Arrangement Clause

The Iron’Uzg shall arrange diplomatic meetings in advance with the leaders of Elysium [Leika De Astrea, Eugeo De Astrea, Ehrendil Taliame’onn]. All informal visits by the Iron’Uzg citizens (when in a party of three or more) will be arranged in advance with the leaders of Elysium [Leika De Astrea, Eugeo De Astrea, Ehrendil Taliame’onn]. The Kingdom of Elysium agrees to arrange formal diplomatic meetings and informal visits with more than three individuals with the leaders of Iron’Uzg [The Rex Ar-Borok’Akaal , Hu-Din].

• Should this clause be broken, the leaders of both nations agree that it will be handled through appropriate diplomatic means.
   

ARTICLE V: Payment Details

The Kingdom of Elysium will pay a one time tribute of:

• Five carts of the finest Elysian leather

• A double chest of iron ore from the rich veins of the Elysium undercity.

ARTICLE VI: Declaration of Friendship

Signatories have agreed to the following terms regarding a joint Declaration of Friendship:

• Signing parties recognize their people’s ongoing friendship and promise to act in good faith when acting on the geopolitical stage.

ARTICLE VII: Duration

The terms of this agreement shall last for as long as Ehrendil Taliame’onn retains the eye of a minotaur within the right eye socket. This agreement will be re-discussed upon the introduction of a new leader to either of the signatories or the eye no longer remains in its place on Eherendil Taliame'onn's person.

ARTICLE V - DURATION 

This pact shall be in effect for a duration of 15 years. In the case where either The Kingdom of Norland or The Fakhr Oasis is found by the other to be in violation of this pact, or either of the signatories undergo a change in nation status, all articles will remain in effect, while the signatories search for diplomatic resolutions.

If such were to occur, the signatories shall endeavor to resolve the issue diplomatically.

• Signing parties formally enter a pact of non-aggression. The pact will last for the duration of this treaty. After the expiration of this pact, a renewal may be negotiated.
• Signing parties refrain from participating in any conflicts that put them at odds with one another.
• Residents of the Silver State of Haelun’or are protected while in Yong Ping territories, and residents of the Jade State of Yong Ping are protected while in Haelunorian territories so long as they act within the laws of the respective realms.
• Guilds or mercenary contracts stationed within the Silver State of Haelun’or or the Jade State of Yong Ping will be subject to legal prosecution if they violate the pact in city limits or on citizens of either city.
• Signatories enumerated do mutually agree that the philosophy of Maehr’sae Hiylun’ehya shall not consider the citizens of the Jade State of Yong Ping, unless individuals would wish to follow such out of their free will. 

Article III: Trade

• The Signatories shall enter into an agreement of Free Trade. Both nations shall be allowed a tax-exempt stall that will be allowed for any legal trade purpose. Goods that are sold within these stalls shall not hold any tariff or duty between each respective nation.
• The signatories enumerated do mutually agree that large scale trading agreements between each party can be of either the purchasing kind (meaning that wares are purchased for minae) or of the bartering kind (meaning that different wares are traded on rates mutually agreed upon or previously set by precedent)
•  Further business transactions or dealings between the signatories shall be entered into further agreements. 

Article IV: Diplomatic correspondence

• The signatories enumerated do mutually agree to convene once every four years to promote closer diplomatic relations and cooperation with one another.
• Were any of the terms of this treaty violated by either signatory, such a violation must be attempted to resolve through diplomacy before the usage of hostilities. 

Article V: Anti-Azdrazi Provision

• The Signatories shall cooperate and assist one another in the eradication of the vile race of heretics and Iblees spawn known as Azdrazi. This provision will compel them to share intelligence and assist each other in operations pertaining to the destruction of the Azdrazi, where those actions are not against the Sovereign interests of their respective Signatory.
• In the case of signatories getting attacked by Azdrazi, both are required to send military assistance to each other. 

Article VI: Duration

This Agreement, is executed at date, 1st of The Malin's Welcome, Year 56 of the Second Age, which is also known as the execution day, Between:

Background

A.       The Jarldom of Dùnrath is a Jarldom under the Kingdom of Norland and it is granted its separate diplomatic status by the Rathonian Diplomatic Agreement.

B.       The Jarldom of Dùnrath of the Kingdom of Norland desires to establish diplomatic relationship with the Jade State of Yong Ping

In consideration of, and as a condition of the parties entering into this agreement and other valuable consideration is acknowledge, the parties to this Agreement agree as follows:

1.       The Jade State of Yong Ping recognises The Jarldom of Dùnrath as an entity under the Kingdom of Norland with their specific degree of autonomy, granted by the Helmsdale Agreement and the South Dunbar Agreement signed between the Kingdom of Norland and the United Clans of Barr and Suther. The Jarldom of Dùnrath of the Kingdom of Norland recognises as a separate entity ruled by their own leader. The two parties respect each other’s sovereignty and will make no attempt to subvert those authorities governing them.

2.       The two parties will not incite conflict between them and should aid each other in times of need. The Rathonian Government and the Yong Ping Government have the right to request aid from each other, but another party has the right to decline such request.

3.       The two parties recognise their respective official travel documents between them and to allow the bearer of the document to enter the two entities freely and be assist in case of need.

4.       Attacks from third parties residing within Dùnrath or Yong Ping will not be considered acts of aggression but must be dealt with by the government of the offending parties’ residence. Yong Ping agrees that when its citizen committed action which violates Rathonian law will be put on trial under the Rathonian Court, unless the case fulfils the criteria of Part IV, Section 12 of the Rathonian Basic Law, in which the Jade State of Yong Ping can request for the perpetrator to be extradited to the Jade State of Yong Ping. Both Yong Ping and Dùnrath are not allowed to extradite citizens of Yong Ping or Dùnrath to other nations, unless the destination of extradition is either the Jade State of Yong Ping or the Jarldom of Dùnrath.

5.       This agreement is valid for the next 20 years, and both parties will discuss again at least three years before the expiry of this agreement and come up with alteration regarding the details of this agreement.

In light of the recent cooperation between the Holy Orenian Empire and the Crown of Elvenesse against the ongoing Inferi invasion, His Excellency the Vice Chancellor has pursued the continuation of mutually beneficial relations between the respective countries. To this end, the Vice Chancellor and Foreign Secretary have met with Mr. Olorin Telemnar to particularize this relationship, in the form of a summit.

The Holy Orenian Empire and the Crown of Elvenesse thus agree to the following terms in the hope of furthering the cordial relationship between the two and forging a strong partnership in both the face of the current Inferi menace and for the future.

ARTICLE I - The Imperial Crown agrees to relinquish all titles relating to the Princedom of Malinor to the Crown of Elvenesse. 

ARTICLE II - The Holy Orenian Empire guarantees protection under its laws to all subjects of the Crown of Elvenesse, including the inneliable rights to life, property, freedom of worship, and due process within the borders of the Orenian state.

ARTICLE III - The Crown of Elvenesse guarantees protection under its laws to all Orenian subjects, including the inneliable rights to life, property, freedom of worship, and due process within the borders of Elevenesse.

ARTICLE IV - The Holy Orenian Empire and the Crown of Elvenesse agree to enter into a pact of non-aggression for thirty years, expiring in 1818. The pact may be renewed by mutual consent of both signatories.

ARTICLE V - The Holy Orenian Empire and the Crown of Elvenesse agree to normalize diplomatic relations. Future grievances held by either signatory after the signing of this document are to be addressed through peaceful diplomatic channels.

ARTICLE VI - In the case wherein either signatory is found by the other to be in violation of this pact, all articles shall remain in effect, while the signatories search for diplomatic resolutions according to the articles of this document.

Following the independence of the Dual Monarchy of Hanseti-Ruska from the Holy Orenian Empire, the Dual Monarchy seeks to continue its mission to defend and unite the Highlander peoples of the world. To this end, the Dual Monarchy enters into a non-aggression pact with the Kingdom of Norland.

ARTICLE I - NOMENCLATURE

• The Highland Realm shall hereby be referred to in all official capacity as the Kingdom of Norland, forsaking its previous name of ‘The Highland Realm’.
• Both the monarch of the Dual Monarchy of Hanseti-Ruska and the King of the Kingdom of Norland (henceforth ‘the signatories’) shall take the title ‘Protector of the Highlanders’, to signify their roles as defenders of the Highlander people and cultures.

ARTICLE II - SOVEREIGNTY

• The signatories do recognize the sovereignty of one another, and recognize their monarchs and their families as the sole legitimate rulers and royal families of their countries.

• • For the Kingdom of Norland, this includes King Halvar I Edvardsson and his progeny.
  • For the Dual Monarchy of Hanseti-Ruska, this includes King Josef and his progeny.

ARTICLE III - NON-AGGRESSION

• The signatories hereby enter into a non-aggression pact, vowing to do no harm towards the other for ten years from the day of signing.
• This pact may become a mutual military alliance with the consent of the signatories.

ARTICLE IV - EXTRADITION

• The signatories agree to extradite wanted or convicted criminals from their nations to the other upon request.

ARTICLE V - TRADE

• The signatories shall enter into trade with the other, trading goods, services, and culture with the other.
• The signatories shall provide a tax exempt market stall within each other’s capitals for the purpose of trade.

ARTICLE VI - EMBASSIES

• The signatories shall establish embassies in each other’s capitals, to allow for quick diplomacy. A permanent diplomat shall be assigned by the signatories to represent them to the other.

ARTICLE VII - RENEWAL

• This treaty shall expire after ten years, in 1796. At such time, it may be renewed by mutual consent from the signatories.
