Section I – Obligations of the House of de Alence

ARTICLE I - The House of de Alence recognizes and accepts the Patriarch of the House of Suffolk as their overlord.

ARTICLE II - The House of de Alence pledges, accepts and ensures to defend the property, rights, subjects, lands and estates of the Patriarch of the House of Suffolk against internal and external threats alike, with all the might the House of de Alence can muster.

ARTICLE III – The House of de Alence pledges, accepts and ensures to uphold the peace and law of the Kingdom of Suffonia and all successor states of Suffolk and the House of Suffolk, as their loyal vassal.

ARTICLE IV – The House of de Alence accepts and acknowledges that any agreement or consensus they will execute concerning armed forces, vassalage or alliances of any kind, requires the ratification of the Patriarch of the House of Suffolk to become effective.

 ARTICLE VI - The House of Suffolk pledges, accepts and ensures to treat the House of de Alence befitting their status and uphold their rights under the Suffonian Courts.

ARTICLE VII - The House of Suffolk recognizes Solomon of the House of de Alence as legitimate Patriarch of the House of de Alence and his claims to the title and rights of Count of Pestilles

AGREEMENT ON STAUNTONS
Written and confirmed on the 10th of The Amber Cold, 1748

On this day hereof, his royal highness Prince Edmund Ralph of the House of Suffolk, Justiciar of Suffonia, under the authority of the power of attorney issued by his royal majesty King Edward I of Suffonia and Marcelius of the House of Hearth, formerly known as Marcelius I, Serene Prince of Evreux, of the Elder House of Staunton, direct descendent of King Joseph I of the Kingdom of Courland, on behalf of their respective houses, vassals and all the  estates they command, have met in Pembroke Palace and agreed upon upholding the following articles, above all laws, legislations and agreements, on this day and all the days to follow:

Article I - The House of Suffolk recognizes and acknowledges that Writ of Dissolution dated 13th of Sun’s Smile, 1747 issued by Marcelius of the House of Hearth, dissolving the House of Staunton and all titles associated with the said House, has been issued by the legitimate and solely authorized Patriarch of the House of Staunton and thus formally ended the Staunton line.

Article II - The House of Suffolk pledges and undertakes to ensure that no act will be taken in contrary with the above mentioned Writ and further pledges to take all actions necessary to eliminate all parties, who art making false claims concerning the House of Staunton and its dissolved titles.

Article III - Marcelius of the House of Hearth recognizes and acknowledges the proclamation and declarations made by his royal majesty King Edward I of Suffonia in his Letter of Declaration dated  8th of the First Seed, 1746.

ARTICLE VII - The House of Suffolk recognizes Alexander of the House of Merentel as legitimate Patriarch of the House of Merentel and his claims to the title and rights of Duke of Eastmark.

ARTICLE VIII -  The House of Suffolk elevates Alexander of the House of Merentel as the Duke of Westmark in addition to any other hereditary title he holds as of this date..

Suffonian-Radaghast Alliance Pact

12^th of Snow Maiden, 1742

His Highness Prince John Nicholas of the House of Suffolk, Lord Protector of Suffonia on behalf  the Archduchy of Suffonia and Piast Svetovid of the Clan Vilchyc, Piast of all Radaghastians on behalf of the Piastdom of Tatra (each a “Signatory” and together the “Signatories”) have gathered on this day hereof at the Castle of Warwick, Suffonia and agreed on upholding the following terms:

1. The House of Suffolk recognizes (i) the right of Piast Svetovid to rule over all lands that are controlled by Piastdom of Tatra and (ii) that Clan Vilchyc are the current rightful claimants to the title of Piastdom of Tatra, as well as title of Radaghastian Piast - Sole ruler over all Children of Radaghast.
2. The House of Suffolk guarantees to defend the rights, titles and property of the Clan Vilchyc concerning the lands controlled by Piastdom of Tatra.
3. Piastdom of Tatra pledges to contribute to any offensive and defensive war of the House of Suffolk with their full power if the Patriarch of the House of Suffolk asks for the help of the Piastdom.
