UPON CLOSE INSPECTION OF THE ALESSANDRIA LINEAGE AND NAME, A DISTINCT STAIN APPEARS, TAINTING THE NAME AND LEGACY OF LORD PETER DI SALVO. Therefore, with consultation of the rest of House Alessandria (Excluding the disgraced Elijah di Alessandria, for it is he who caused the decline of the house with his mismanagement of the Duchy of Valenza) it has been decided to reform the house of Alessandria into House Rovare, this because the legacy has been reforged in the family's new home of Ravenmire and the Barony of Oakenwald, with the house that was once led by Elijah being entirely unrecognizable from its current iteration.

Alongside this, any claim to Alessandria titles is relinquished by the entire house, being the Lordship of Alessandria and the Duchy of Valenza, and these titles shall henceforth be considered destroyed.

WITH THE RECENT CONSTRUCTION OF OAKENWALD AND THE FORMATION OF THE HAMLET OF OAKHAVEN. There comes a need for a family to reside within and operate the Tavern of Oakhaven, a prime location right off the Prince’s Road in the heart of the Pontifical States. Therefore, the Baron has seen fit to open this opportunity to wish to come reside in the new land, the building itself being decorated on the lower floor with an upper story open to decoration by whoever ends up taking over the Tavern. (Temporarily called the Golden Acorn) The initial price for the occupation of the Tavern shall be 30 mina, and shall be tax free for the first 4 Saints Weeks of its existence, after which point it shall cost 25 mina per Saints Week. Furthermore, should a family take up this duty, the Head of Household shall be eligible for the position of Yeoman of Oakhaven after 4 weeks of residence. A position granting a position on the Baron’s council and oversight of affairs within the Hamlet.

TO OUR DENIZENS OF THE MARCHLANDS,

The House of Dresnay grieves for the loss of its patriarch, the Baron of Valcour, Sir Tristand Jean Dresnay. The Baron had fought at the frontlines, valiantly leading the men of the Dresnay Levy into battle. It is said that Sir Tristand had felled many a foe before being wounded by a stray arrow. Despite the mortal wound, the Baron continued to fight with unwavering determination. Not one to be deemed a coward, Sir Tristand held his ground and fought whilst the forces of the Coalition retreated from the League’s relentless onslaught. However, the toll of such a blow on his body had become undeniable and amidst the chaos which unfolded upon the battlefield, the Baron of Valcour would eventually succumb to his injuries, having fought to avenge his murdered brother.

In light of the Baron’s untimely passing, let it be known to all that, in accordance with the established laws of succession within the Marchlands of Stassion, the titles and fortunes of the late Baron Valcour are to be inherited by his firstborn son, Pierre Langlois Dresnay. As we grieve the passing of one Baron, so too do we turn our gaze in eager anticipation of a new era under the leadership of the newly made Baron.
