UPON HOUSE ADELGAR

It is with great joy that the House von Adelgar announces the birth of a son, born from our heir, Sir Ansgar Brandt, and his wife, Arlette von Adelgar’s union. Like both of his parents, he is fair-haired and has his mother's grey eyes. We ask that the mother and son be kept in the prayers of the faithful.

The boy has thus been named Rudolf Sigismund von Adelgar, in honor of his paternal and maternal grandfathers. He is scheduled to be baptized within the Abbey of Venerable Anton upon his third month.

The Baron of Adelgar, his Lordship Rudolf Lothar happily announces the union of his heir, Sir Ansgar Brandt, to Arlette de Savin, formerly known as Maddalena de Savin.

After meeting in their youth they had come to courtship upon their eighteenth namedays, where they have found comfort and love. Arlette underwent the trials of the Reinmaren and was reborn a tribeswoman soon after. 

THE CEREMONY,
 

Shall be held at the Abbey of Venerable Anton outside of the walls of Leonstadt and be true to the sacraments given to us by The Lord Above. It is the hope of the House von Adelgar that this union between Ansgar Brandt and the good lady Arlette de Savin shall bring honor to God and the ancestors of all men.

HARK KINSMEN AND ALL THOSE WHO READ THIS MISSIVE, I, Othmar Hrodgar, have wed Lady Richilde Helvets under the eyes of God and my ancestors. A private ceremony, officiated by the ever-so-godly Father Keen, was held in the good chapel of Saint Caius Primus which resides in the lands of Kanunsberg, with close friends and kin in attendance as witnesses to our union.

My wife and I vow to uphold the values of the one true faith in our marriage, as Horen and Julia had in the days of yore, and to teach whatever children God may give us with these very values which have held humanity together for all time. Scripture shall be paramount in our household. May my schwur be known to all men and present in my actions, and I pray that through the grace of God that I may live as a godly man and a worthy husband.

LET IT BE KNOWN, that under the light of the ancestors and the eyes of God, that I have wed the esteemed Lady Felicie von Wesenburg, elevating her as my Chieftess and Baroness. A private ceremony was held in the Temple of Waldenic Martyrs exactly a year ago, officiated by the good Father Nikolaus, with close friends and kin in attendance.

A son and heir, Ludolf Anton von Brandthof, has been born from my union. He has been bestowed this name after his ancestors Sir Ludolf Barclay and Venerable Anton Barclay. We pray our heir lives up to his namesake and the examples set by his venerable ancestors.
