The Apartments

Welcome!

The Jayamen Apartments and Shop is a place where you can find cheap lodging and good prices on a variety of goods! In the Apartments, we have fourteen 4 mina rooms, eight 8  mina rooms, four 16 mina rooms, and two 32 mina rooms. The prices are how much it costs per saints week. If you are in need of a room and cannot spare any minas, we can get you a free 4 mina room for at least a saints week. All crafting stations are available next to the shop.

YOU ARE WELCOME TO USE THE APARTMENTS AS LONG OR SHORT AS YOU WOULD LIKE, EVEN JUST ONE WEEK.

Note that we will be renevating the shop level soon and will add a restaurant that will serve as a eatery, a game playing space, and a piano playing area. ((Noteblock pianos, you can actually play songs))

There are a few rules with the rooms.

1. The room must be your primary residence (there may be exceptions based on the situation.)

2. Anything in the room when you first get it must stay in the room (it can be rearranged by you) or put in the mailbox. You may not keep them.

3. You may make your room however you like as long as you pay the rent for it. ((Though it must stay within the Server, city, and Hotel rules.))

In order to get a room, talk to Zarion Jayamen (( Sofetios )). You will pay the rent fee for the room, then after a saints week you need to pay the rent again ((The time and date of the deadline is put on your mailbox outside of your room.)). To pay your rent, buy rent slips from the shop and put them in your mailbox. They will be collected when the time comes.

The Shop

Here at the shop we sell a variety of goods, aiming to be cheaper than others. We sell general resources, food,  Books, Feathers, tools, inc sacs, book&quills, Ferrum ore and bars, fleece, other rarer items like Scute, obsidian and prismarine crystals, all flowers, and more. Come on over and browse! In the future we will sell fiction books and game sets.

Pianos

We also sell pianos ((Noteblock pianos that you can actually play small songs on))! A piano installation costs 60 minas. Every tuning you need will cost 2 minas (this will be put on a tab and I will collect once it reaches 10 minas owed.). Each time I tune your piano for 2 minas, you will get free tuning for that piano for an hour. In the future we will be selling songbooks!

CONDUIT FOR SALE!

Conduit for sale!  I’ve been hoping to get these two conduits off of my hands for a while- I have no use for them, and I only risk losing them with each day I keep these awfully expensive relics. Now, you may be wondering: What even IS a Conduit?

Well, my friend, a Conduit will be very useful for you if you like to swim. Somehow, it allows you to breathe infinitely when underneath water, and it also gives you night vision and easier movement when near. 

Conduits are 10,000 mina in the Shop of Wonders, but I’m accepting much lower offers!

To those reading this, Umi is looking for anyone who may know of a way or how to themselves of how she could get her voice back. Umis voicebox was torn out as a cub and she looks for a way to gain it back. Umi does know of one way, that of the Animii, an artificial voicebox could be made. If someone with this knowledge could come forth, or someone that could at least surgically insert the voicebox inside did, Umi would pay handsomely.

-Proficiency in eastern cuisine, preferably a Master in the Oyashima Roll School.

-Qualified in creating new rolls such as a hallmark Imperial Roll to serve to noble patrons.
