Cart:

A cart costs 500 minas + 100 per 100 blocks the cart has to travel to reach its destination. You must build your own cart or pay 50 minas for a moderator to copy+paste a basic one in. The total transport time must be a minimum of 1 minute. Intermediary travels are optional, and a travel instance may be created for them. Carts may travel between two settlements of the same faction and on the same island.

 

Boat:

A boat costs 1500 minas + 50 per 100 blocks it travels to reach its destination. You must build your own boat or pay 150 minas for a moderator to copy+paste a basic one in. The total transport time must be a minimum of 2 minutes. Intermediary travels are required for a boat, and a travel instance will be created for them. Boats may travel between any two docks, and across to other islands. They will travel through the day and night.

 

A settlement may only have 3 of each type of fast travel at any one time (excluding fast travels from spawn).

 

Additional features:

Transportation of mounted players: 500 minas

Transportation of mobs: 500 minas

Transport of new personas: Your settlement must have one of these filled out and submitted.

 

Fares

Fast travels are free.

Mounted players will pay double the normal fare to travel with their horse.

Animals will cost half the normal fare to be transported by cart.

Animals will cost the normal fare to be transported by boat.

 

 

 

• You must have your own cart or boat built, or you may ask a moderator to paste a basic one in for a fee.
• The primary owner/settlement owners of both locations must give their consent to the fast travel, preferably via post on the charter.
• The price can be paid by either party or shared. 
• The travel route can be discontinued by either side but cannot be re-instated without paying the original price again. Only the "owners" of the route can ask to have it discontinued.
• Ship routes are only available on shorelines or bodies of water that lead to the ocean.
• Taking fast travels to a location with the intent of raiding is against the rules.
• Cart routes are only available between capital/settlement and settlement/capital.
• Ship routes are available between settlement/settlement and settlement/capital.
• Prices may change in the future.
• Addition as of 04/19/2017: Fast travels cannot lead directly into a city or settlement. They must end outside of it.
