With the signing of this treaty, the Grand Kingdom of Urguan and the Empire of Man, henceforth referred to as “the signatories,” do agree to the terms and conditions laid forth.

Article I. Sovereignty

The signatories shall recognize the other’s sole authority over their sovereign states. This acknowledgement grants each their right to rule their cities, vassals, and territories according to their laws and customs free of foreign influence.

Article II. Non-Aggression
The signatories agree to a pact of non-aggression, including but not limited to open military conflict, skirmishes, and government-sanctioned patrols, and a mutual peace between their realms. At any sign of conflict within Azuras that might include the signatories’ allies, the two signatories shall convene to ensure peace remains between the signatories’ realms.
 

Article III. Defensive Agreement
The signatories agree to enter a pact of mutual defense with each other. Aggression upon one shall henceforth be counted as aggression upon both. Both signatories shall notably be entitled to a share of any treasuries looted in warfare. The division thereof to be determined upon by representatives of both signatories.

Article IV. Joint Military Exercises
The signatories agree that in times of peace, both shall equally host and attend joint military exercises. This shall include, but is not limited to, joint training, scouting excursions, and sharing of declassified tactics.

Article V. Trade

The Signatories hereby  agree to engage in free trade according to The Golden Valley Road Agreement.

Article VI. Upheld Law

The signatories agree to aid each other in upholding the law of their respective domains (this being under purview of The Empire of Man’s direct rule and of The Grand Kingdom of Urguan’s direct rule respectively). 

Furthermore, the Grand Kingdom will be responsible for licensing dwarven wizards in respect to the Lexi Tiberi and shall be recognized as valid licenses within the borders of the Empire of Man.

Article VII. Extradition

The signatories agree that citizens of either realm found within the borders of the other, upon accusation or conviction of delinquency or criminality, shall be extradited to their respective realms, that Article V. Upheld Law may be duly enforced.

Article VIII. Duration

This treaty will be effective immediately upon signing and will remain valid for a duration of ten years. At the end of this decade, both parties will meet again to renegotiate these terms. In the event that a sovereign of the signatories passes, becomes infirm, is vassalized, or resigns from their post, both parties must meet for an emergency summit to renegotiate these terms, lest the treaty is considered null.

The signatories shall recognize the other’s sole authority over their sovereign states. This acknowledgement grants each their right to rule their cities, vassals, and territories according to their laws and customs, free of foreign influence.

Article II. Defense
The signatories agree to a pact of warfare defense, including, but not limited to, countering enemy raids and protecting travel routes. At any sign of conflict within Aevos that might include the signatories’ allies, the two signatories shall convene to ensure peace remains between the signatories’ realms where possible.
 

Article III. Extradition
The signatories pledge to assist each other in cases of extradition upon request, as it pertains to criminals convicted of the signatories’ documented laws, as well as notorious darkspawn figures.
 

Article IV. Diplomacy

The signatories agree to reconvene if desired to elevate or edit the terms of this pact. This includes, but is not limited to, treaties of defense, alliance, or further trade. Furthermore, in cases of internal schisms or disputes between the respective sovereigns, the signatories shall pursue peaceful and diplomatic means of resolution.
 

Article V. Duration

This treaty shall take effect immediately upon signing and shall remain in force for ten years. At the end of this decade, both parties will meet again to renegotiate these terms. If a sovereign of the signatories passes away, becomes infirm, or is vassalized, both parties may convene an emergency summit to renegotiate these terms; otherwise, the treaty is considered null and void.

FOREWORD

In the spirit of unity, honor, and faith, the Princedom of Cauróst and the Exilic Kingdom of Númendil come together to forge a lasting bond based on mutual respect and cooperation. 

With this treaty, we look to the future, knowing that the bonds between Cauróst and Númendil will only grow stronger. Together, we face whatever challenges may arise with confidence, for we know that our shared commitment to one another’s security will not falter. This alliance marks the beginning of a new chapter in our relationship- one built upon trust, mutual defense, and a shared vision for a peaceful and prosperous future. 

This treaty shall serve as a testament to our unity and the enduring strength of our people while standing resolute against any force that would seek to threaten the peace and stability we have worked so hard to establish.

The contents of this passage shall serve as a written testament to the alliance between the Exilic Kingdom of Númendil and the Princedom of Cauróst, henceforth referred to as the signatories, declaring their adherence, regard, and agreement to its terms under oath of blood, honor, and GOD.

I. The signatories mutually acknowledge the borders of their lands and the sovereign rule exercised within them.

II. All sovereignties included in this treaty are to maintain a state of friendly detente wherein no signatory of this treaty shall infringe upon the legitimate ruling authority of each state, including those of vassals and the noble houses.

III. Should either signatory be forced into war by a belligerent power(s), the other shall assist in the mutual defense of that state.

IV. Should either signatory enter into war by any cause other than that of direct defense, they are to be considered a belligerent power in which the terms of participation are to be negotiated separately and will not be considered pertaining to the terms of this treaty.

V.  The signatories agree to the apprehension and extradition of criminals within the territorial expanse of the TWC. In the event a crime is committed by a citizen, the accused shall be entitled to the provision of legal defense hailing from their homeland and fair trial.

In the event that multiple signatories claim jurisdiction over an individual, priority shall be determined as follows:

1. Location of the Crime - The Jurisdiction is first granted to the signatory in whose territory the crime was committed.
2. Nationality of the Individual - If the crime spans multiple territories, jurisdiction is deferred to the origins of the criminal.
3. Mutual Agreement - Should any dispute arise, the involved signatories may negotiate and come to an agreement on their own accord to settle it.

To be honored hereafter, with its terms expiring and subject to renewal upon the conclusion of the reigns of the signatory rulers.

Article I. Sovereignty

The signatories shall recognize the other’s sole authority over their sovereign states. This acknowledgement grants each their right to rule their cities, vassals, and territories according to their laws and customs free of foreign influence.

Article II. Non-Aggression
The signatories agree to a pact of non-aggression, including but not limited to open military conflict, skirmishes, and government-sanctioned patrols, and a mutual peace between their realms. At any sign of conflict within Aevos that might include the signatories’ allies, the two signatories shall convene to ensure peace remains between the signatories’ realms.

The warriors of Koyo-Kuni have stood alongside the Radiant Guard of Numendil, united by duty, and a commitment to justice against the Deceiver’s forces. The contents of this passage shall serve as a written testament to the alliance of the signatories with all parties participating declaring their adherence to its terms under oath of blood, honor and GOD.

I. The signatories mutually acknowledge the borders of their lands and the sovereign rights exercised within them, pledging to defend one another if any signatory’s territorial or infrastructural integrity is threatened.

1. Location of the Crime - The Jurisdiction is first granted to the signatory in whose territory the crime was committed.
2. Nationality of the Individual - If the crime spans multiple territories, jurisdiction is deferred to the origins of the criminal.
3. Mutual Agreement - Should any dispute arise, the involved signatories may negotiate and come to an agreement on their own accord to settle it.

IV. Signatories shall be granted the right to engage in bounties issued within the territorial domains of fellow members.

1. A bounty is defined as an officially sanctioned reward for the capture, defeat, or elimination of an individual or group.

III. Under the nations' legislation, the Signatories will allow free passage for civilians and refugees through their respective territories as long as they abide by processing customs.

ARTICLE II: NON-AGGRESSION

I. The signatories agree that no military action will be taken against any of their listed counterparts by any of their forces; this includes vassals and all endorsed factions under their jurisdiction. If this clause is violated, the agreement will be declared benign until further action is taken and the agreement is re-implemented through proper diplomatic means.

II. All non-hostile military exploits concerning any of the opposing signatories must first be deliberated upon by the involved parties.

II. The signatories agree that In the event of any disagreement or involvement in disputes, the parties commit to resolving issues diplomatically, ensuring the stability of this alliance and preserving the laws of both states.

III. The signatories further agree to consult with each other if either believes that the territorial integrity, political sovereignty, or security of the other is in jeopardy.

IV. The signatories further agree to consult with each other if they believe that one of the other’s allies has violated their sovereignty.

I. The Signatories shall coordinate their efforts against Darkspawn incursions into either realms, so as to best assure the eradication of such threats.

II. The Signatories shall share information regarding darkspawn to each other in order to make an active effort in countering the darkspawn threat

I. The Signatories agree to open one stall free of tax for the other.

ARTICLE V: EXTRADITION

I. The signatories do agree to a mutual extradition clause wherein a citizen of either nation, with reasonable justification for arrest, may be apprehended and transferred to the courts of the land where the alleged crime occurred, upon presentation of an extradition request by the judicial representatives of the requesting state to the monarch or government of the requested state for approval, with legal defense for the defendant permitted by judicial representatives from their nation of origin. PREAMBLE

The contents of this passage shall serve as the written testament and official renewal of the First Treaty of Kretzen (173 SA), proclaiming the defensive alliance between the Principality of Reinmar and the Koyo-Kuni Shugonate. All parties participating within this pact declare adherence to its terms under oath of blood, honor and soul to our ancestors.

As such, the details are listed below.

On the Sovereignty of each realm,

The Principality of Reinmar and the Koyo-Kuni Shugonate hereby reaffirm their recognition of one another’s sovereignty and right to rule their respective realms and their claimed borders with the acknowledgement of the Koyo-Kuni Shugonate’s claim to the majority of the Brightwald, the Sakura-Mori and the Norowareta-Mori and the Principality of Reinmar’s claim to the region of the Ferdenwald.

On Non-Aggression and Mutual Defense,

The Principality of Reinmar and the Koyo-Kuni Shugonate hereby reaffirm and do swear respectively to not aggress upon one another’s sovereignty, land claims or citizenry through indirect or direct military conflict. Any conflict that should arise will be met with attempted resolvement through diplomatic means.

The Principality of Reinmar and the Koyo-Kuni Shugonate hereby reaffirm and do swear respectively to a mutual defense agreement to come to one another’s aid should either party face an existential threat to their sovereignty, to their borders and border claims or their citizenry. A campaign against either party will be considered an attack upon the other. Both parties reserve the consensual right to campaign together in a full military alliance should both be willing and agree to active consultation to the continued improvement of each others’ defensive networks.

All parties agree to the cooperation of the elimination of abominitive beings including but not limited to necrotics, demons, do’badder, rogue sorcerors and whatever else would be considered a hostile monstrosity.

On the Extradition of Criminals,

Both the Principality of Reinmar and the Koyo-Kuni Shugonate agree to a mutual extradition clause where there is reasonable justification for arrest. An individual of either of these nations justly suspected of a high-tier or felony crime will be trialed in the nation where he is suspected of being guilty. They will be afforded representation by their home government during the trial.

On Shared Resources,

The Principality of Reinmar and the Koyo-Kuni Shugonate agree to the shared access of emeralds and copper from their respective mines. It is agreed upon though that civilians will have priority rights to their respective nation’s resources though should state sanctioned miners arrive during the other parties’ visit.

Duration,

Both governments agree to the continuation of this agreement until either the Principality of Reinmar or the Koyo-Kuni Shugonate's present rulers have a proper successor in which case both parties shall reconvene to discuss the renewal of the defensive relationship of both parties.

Between the Grand Kingdom of Urguan and the Kingdom of Norland

Article One, the signatories agree to an absolute pact of non-aggression. No man of the Kingdom of Norland or the Grand Kingdom of Urguan will come to blow against one another. Nor shall the constituent vassals of either Kingdom or the armies of their respective Sovereigns come to meet each other in battle. As per ancient Narvaukiaan tradition, a Purifier shall be sent to the Grand Kingdom of Urguan to deliver a sword forged in the flames of the Hearthfire, & from a branch of the Ashwood Tree. Any breach of this term shall be resolved through the appropriate diplomatic channels of either State.

Article Two, the signatories mutually recognize one another as the sole sovereign state of their respective territories, claims, & titles, beholden to the Sovereigns of the Kingdom of Norland & the Grand Kingdom of Urguan.

Article Three, establishes the mutual defense of the Kingdom of Norland & the Grand Kingdom of Urguan. If war is ever waged against either signatory, the other shall muster arms to defend their mutual ally’s territories, claims, & titles. In the event war is waged outside the bounds of defense, the agreeing parties may discuss participation as a separate agreement.

Furthermore, the Kingdom of Norland & the Grand Kingdom of Urguan will work towards assembling their forces for field training, to facilitate the proper martial growth of both nation’s militaries.

Article Four, establishes the right for the Grand Kingdom of Urguan to summon, at will, the Purifiers. In efforts to handle any potential threats of ‘Darkspawn’; by classification of the Red Faith. The Purifiers will act as auxiliaries to the Sovereign of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, taking direct order from the Sovereign itself & functioning as elite guards for the Sovereign. The Purifiers will act as per the laws of the Red Faith & will adhere to the honor of the Red-Lord.

Furthermore, the Kingdom of Norland will extradite Maleficarum of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, returning said individuals ‘unspoiled’, to the best of their ability.

Article Five, establishes the right of both nations to request extradition of criminals to one another’s nation. To incur such, a letter must be sent to each respective government to call for the extradition of the criminals for trial. Once such is arranged, the respective lands shall prosecute as they see fit without intervention.

Article Six, establishes the right for those who consider themselves as merchants to trade & sell in the signatory states provided it breaks no known law of the land. Furthermore, the ports of the signatories shall remain open for docking to state ships provided requests are filed prior to the docking of said ships.

Article Seven, establishes the duration of the treaty, which shall be ten years. This agreement will be terminated should the Grand King Ulfar or the High Keeper Ellenore no longer preside of their respective positions.

With the signing and promulgation of this document, the Commonwealth of the Petra & Kingdom of Balian,
henceforth referred to as ‘the signatories’, do agree on their honour to the terms laid forth hereafter.

ARTICLE I ✦ SOVEREIGNTY

1. The Commonwealth of Petra and the Kingdom of Balian, or henceforth ‘the signatories’, mutually recognize the other as the sole sovereign state over their respective lands, and all titles affiliated with their respective styling; including aught the signatories may come to possess in the duration of the pact.

ARTICLE II ✦ FRATERNITY

2. The signatories recognize, and labour to see the fraternity shared between their kindred people, be maintained henceforth; acknowledging the shared values, heart, and virtue of each other's kindred, and welcoming each other’s constituents in their realms, travels, ventures, and trade. Seeing that the elden call that joined their kindred, is nary rekindled alone, but nurtured in forging a bond, unbroken.

ARTICLE III ✦ DEFENSIVE PACT

3. The signatories shall, pursuant to this document’s signing, summarily enter, into a defensive military alliance, wherein their kindred realms will labour, and march as one, in the defence of another’s realms, and kindred. The signatories pledge heretofore, to adhere to principles of peace amongst their realms, thereby pledging not to wage war, nor raise arms against one another or act wherein harm to the integrity of one another’s land, or sovereign nation is perpetuated, under any circumstance or form.
   
   And herein pledge, that, in the event of conflict, or adversity, between their realms, that diplomacy will e’er be their first recourse.

ARTICLE IV ✦ MERCANTILISM

4. The signatories shall, pursuant to mutual benefit, commit to free trade, and shall permit merchants from either nation to travel and trade free from tariff or harassment. Additionally, avowing to maintain trade considerations, with treaty goods being peddled freely unto signatory-accommodated (singular) treaty stalls, waiving annual rents, in either signatory’s capital.

ARTICLE V ✦ DIPLOMACY

5. The signatories shall, in the absolute, adhere to promote Diplomatic Privileges between their realms. Be it the inviolability of official documentation, or holdings belonging to either signatory; the diplomatic immunity of designated diplomats / emissaries, and assurance of good faith amidst cooperative labours endeavoured by the signatories.
   
   Any violation of these above chartered privileges, by either one of the signatories, will be considered hostile activity.
   
   The signatories further pledge that, as long as this extant treaty is in effect, access & kindred hospitality, will be proffered unto both the appointed Pétrine, Salvian Emissary [ Elsie Katharina Stafyr ] and Balianese, Ambassador [ Johanna Henriette Vuiller ].
