This will be OOC, as we have changed up the ranks. IC results of this will be displayed later. We wanted to make a backbone of the Cult, that even if we lost numbers, there would be an active body of roleplayers that constantly contribute to the Cultists, and this would be the Phantasms. He wear a Dark cloak and hood along with his mask. He adept with the sword, and the same for bow.

Though he does not speak but to Iblees himself, so he is always silent.
