Personality:

 

The thing you would notice first about Constance is that she's very peppy and friendly. Despite having grown up in a noble home, she has no problem talking to just about anyone. She's not shy in the slightest and is a fantastic conversationalist. She often finds herself getting carried away in conversations from time to time. It's rare that she finds herself disinterested in a topic but when she does it's nearly impossible to get her to engage, especially if she's already begun to distract herself.

 

One thing that Constance is good at is being relatable. Considering she's always taken it upon herself to make friends for her current house, it makes since. Her father was not a friendly man, nor was her cousin, nor his son. During her time with each of them, she took it upon herself to try and make friends with as many people as she could. To her, having allies is having power. (Power is still power, regardless, but having friends definitely can't hurt anything.)

 

She's very opinionated but knows when to keep quiet. She does her best to entertain and keep away from most political affairs. Constance, though notoriously peppy, can be easily shut down and discouraged. Once depressed, it's hard for her to pick herself back up again. She's not yet had an important event in her life that's caused her to realize she needs to grow up, so she can be a bit petty and vengeful when angered. 

Inventory: She always seems to have a few cookies on hand. Aside from that, a bit of money and a few trinkets would be all she really carries. If she leaves the city by herself, which is rare, she will probably end up bringing along one of her bows.

Special Skill(s): Constance learned to shoot a bow whilst courting Symon of house Stafyr. She was a natural and with a bit of guidance became a very good shot. However, she's never put it to use in any sort of battle, real or staged, and it's unlikely she'd be able to overcome her nerves enough to shoot as well under pressure.
Flaw(s): Constance can be too trusting and friendly towards people. She tends to give people the benefit of the doubt, even if they don't deserve it. She also has a hard time saying no to people she loves. Having grown up in a noble house, Constance can be a bit shallow at times.
