The guild is a simplistic as it comes, its for adventure and monster hunting. Rare exotic monsters and many varied dungeons thanks to the assistance of the event team. :) And I'm not quite sure what you mean for a 'motive' but I suppose the guild simply aims to enjoy themselves during their adventuring.
