VI) Reasoning in becoming of the Bards: I enjoy life and music alike. Id like to express myself in both with friendly people as well as keep the realm of Athera peaceful. My culture also supports music very much and I strive to keep my homeland's heritage in line.

VI) Reasoning in becoming of the Bards: I've always held an interest in the arts, mainly literaturate. And I was look for something meaningful to do to occupy my time.

 

VII) Potential projects you may aspire to do: I'm not sure at the moment about any projects, because I just let inspiration come to me. I work hard when the inspiration does come to me.

                Luxeanna makes her way down the spiral staircase, a couple hard cover books mounted on her palms. The copious amount of quills thrown carelessly inside the satchel that hung from her shoulder sings a chorus of metal tips against metal with every step down she takes.  This is Luxeanna's first time heading down the newly built basement; she'd heard talks about it, how beautiful it was - and when she finally reaches the last step, through the narrow hallway, she realizes that the rumors weren't false (contrary to how they usually are).  The room was decorated in, well, Salvian colors: the proud shade of blue and yellow. It was lighted in a way to mimic a kind of serenity, and Luxeanna didn't want it any other way. She embeds it in her head to thank Giliath the next time she sees him for choosing warm colors; for it gets her creative juices flowing.

 

               The elven bard stops in the center of a cross intersection. To her left is a hallway; and she vividly remembers how Giliath had told her earlier her study was towards there. A look to her right and she's greeted by a longer hallway, and it seems to lead to a large room with hints of bookcases and the glimpse of a fireplace could immediately be noticed. The growing pain on her hands reminds her of the weight she was carrying, and she decides to turn left towards her study to rid herself of it first. Several rooms were carved into the walls; the first one she comes across is another bard's study, then a sign that reads: book vault. This must be what Giliath was talking about when he meant a vault for the original copies of their books.  A few steps forward and she finds her name on a sign. She enters, a smile tugging on the corners of her lips at the furniture arrangements that greets her.  She places the said books onto the desk before she scrutinizes every corner and crevice of her study. "What can't Giliath do, seriously?" She muses to herself in amusement.

  

            Several minutes later, Luxeanna decides to head to the right wing of the basement. As she descends a small flight of stairs, her head turns to every possible direction when she sees numerous amount of books already placed in the shelves. Most of the shelves were empty, but there were enough to make her happy. The roar  and the warmth of the fireplace becomes evident the closer she gets to it, and she stares at the burning wood momentarily as if in trance; but soon breaks herself from it when she reminds herself of the main reason why she was here.  Pulling down the hood that covered her head, she takes one good sniff: the smell of wood, fire, old and new books mixed together in one, this makes her happy.

An odd and discoloured piece of parchment wrapped in a light aqua ribbon and sealed with wax would arrive to the curator, before breaking the seal one would notice the symbol of a fish upon it. Once opened, it would seem that the application was rewritten exactly the same but with a different penmanship and with differing ink colouring.

I was born in the old capital of Oren, during the reign of the imperial house Chivay.

Literature, due to my many travels and in-fact on such one right now.

I have yet to know the feeling of belonging within a city for many moons, when I return I shall take up citizenship within the walls of Salvus.

I have always wanted to throw my hat into the ring of an intellectual organization, through my travels not many have the ability to boast such a claim and I dislike the idea of learning magic, not that I discriminate against such users it is simply a personal choice. I wish to prove myself through my writings. 

 

VII) Potential projects you may aspire to do:

 

For now I have been writing about my travels, documenting stories from far and wide, even some information about a wild berry that when digested turns your tongue a spotted red and gives you hallucinations but I have no set projects, I allow my mind to be free and then I write. Though, I will note that specific projects are well received and would happily indulge upon one or two.

Odd question, I suppose the answer that most wish for (or more correctly answer with) would be peace due to our distaste for the outcomes of wars and battles that follow through but for me to answer that, I would have to say that no city or nation inherently represents either peace or war, more so it's the actions of the people that give the city its representation and as Salvus has slowly but surely been standing up on its own, I truly believe it is too soon to question it's representation.

Outskirts of Embermoor, traveled there after a rumour and after getting lost found the place, granted at the time it was barely built and I have been away on my travels, so I do hope that it is well built now.

Anti-Enlightenment as racism can be seen more of a point of view, anti-enlightenment can be seen as the removal of another's potential.

Oh, I like this question. I have questions and thoughts about the bards guild but can be more than pleased to find out once I am able to. As for challenging its existence, well, we will just have to wait and see, wont we.
