As you peruse through their finely made tailor-wear, an older man adorned in finer clothing and a Shtreimel adds that you may make a custom order and offers you a form.

Scarf/hood type garment; a burgundy shade

coat of plates on the chest; an off white/eggshell/cream, whichever looks best with the rest of the skin, the metal rivets on the coat should match the rest of the armor

metal of the armor; a nice polished steel but not too shiny, look like it's been worn a decent amount

helmet; this is optional because I'm not sure how well a kettle helm would translate into MC, but if you think you can recreate a helmet like that then I'd love to see what you come up with!

mail; a darker gray shade than the armor
