The High Council of Haria             With the establishment of law in place, a leader must learn his or her limitations and effective leaders know that a council is needed to aid them during their reign. Each member has a unique role and should strive to do their best in all that they do. New and old members dedicated to Haria have been called up and added to the High Council of Haria to assist the Sultan with the affairs of the Sultanate.
