Many flyers are posted around cities and villages and even in the cloud temple which calls for a talented architect to create a practical design for a sketch of a windmill. The paper says that the best architect will be paid handsomely.

((I need a build that looks like this, willing to pay in minas or resources. Willing to pay a fair amount depending on the quality of the build. If at all possible to use the colors green and orange instead of maroon you would be pain even more. You will not need to create an actual copy of the mill on the server but just submit a picture of your build.))
