Levana previously owned a bakery, producing some of Axios’ best desserts; and the Halcourts, particularly Sylvestre and Johanne, formerly ran a small cafe. Both enterprises were combined, and duly renovated with the addendum of a third building purchase, to form the Ⓒrown & Cup. Credit for the name of the tavern is owed to Walter Marshall. « Part II: Ⓟʀɪɴᴄᴇʟʏ Iɴᴅᴜsᴛʀɪᴇs » The Ⓒrown & Cup is owned half by Ⓟʀɪɴᴄᴇʟʏ Iɴᴅᴜsᴛʀɪᴇs and half by Levana Olaris. Ⓟʀɪɴᴄᴇʟʏ Iɴᴅᴜsᴛʀɪᴇs is also known for its trademark Ⓟrincely Prints, which is a premiere print shop operated mostly by Sylvestre Halcourt II. A lowly maid points out this wine is known as Richard's Red, and that the Duchy was known as the Duchy of Savoy.
