Maltese Principalities

A single man.

A surreal meeting.

An immutable truth.

1 AP - The new xylorite begins to be mined. I feel like I've heard this somewhere, a few times.

4 AP - Another colony ship.

1 AP - Scanning for a resource-rich world for said colony ship to be sent to. Please tell me there's something other than xylorite out there...

5 AP - The disruptor rifles are taken apart and analyzed for their knowledge, in the hopes of Malta being able to build ship-based disruptors. This is tentatively named Project LONGINUS. [5 AP Total]

2 AP - The Kalronian phasic rifles, a project once abandoned, are picked up once again, hoping for some clue into reproducing them. [3 AP Total]

10 AP - Project Star Trek, still attempting to find where no man has gone before. [40 AP Total]

0 AP - Maltese salesmen begin to travel the near galaxy, looking for somewhere to ply their rainbow fruit and xylorite wares. Their first attempts - the Ganvius and LC.

0 AP - The ~2,500 Kalronians that had been essentially confined to a residential sector on Rhodium are offered release. Alternatively, they are offered to stay on, as full citizens of the Principalities. It is argued that the world they had colonized was barren, destroyed by a human coalition no longer in existence. The world they now live on is lush, green, filled with the activity of many races. They would be given houses, farmland if they wished for those grains they had cultivated, their children entry into Malta's premier Academies, and stipends to boot. Staying on would also qualify them for a vote on citizen race status across the Accord.

Activity

The Bank of Armathwaite finally opens for business and several banks begin to flock to Armathwaite, quickly establishing itself as a world for banking becoming a repository for wealth and investment. With its placement within the Free Economic Zone, it being a centre of Southern Galactic Trade, it is a well situated world for banks to establish itself as it is not only well situated but known for its safety and is not likely to be attacked. Though Edward knew this would not be the last he would invest in his bank. Though he’d seek to begin to spread its branches rather than solely focus on inward investment. Branches needed to be opened in the Capitals of the Redons, Backhatta and Protorians.

The Royal Navy of Armathwaite would continue its expansion plans. Its smaller vessels needed to reach a certain number before considerable investment in Cruiser class ships and above could be considered. As unfortunately due to the competitive nature of Armathwaite and other Capitalistic nations they tend to over design and accidentally add more features that aren’t needed but do not detriment the overall design, this does however increase the overall cost. The next on the expansion list would be the Frigates of the Armathwaite Fleet, the Carlisle Class would need to be expanded on.

The Stealth contingent of the Royal Navy would be mobilized, a full squad of Special Forces and an additional thirty soldiers would depart the orbit of Armathwaite and enter a stealth mode. Their mission was unknown to anyone outside of the Military High Command and the select Corporate Executive Committee. Outside of that, a dedicated leader to the Royal Navy, the former Captain of the Armathwaite Stealth Contingent a veteran of the Battle of Tassera had spent the last few years rising through the ranks, he would be promoted to Admiral of the Fleet, his name being James McGraw.

Outside of domestic affairs. The Silver Knight Troopers of the Armed Forces would begin a withdrawal from the Solar Ascendency Space upon the request of their Sovereign. A few cuts and bruises from limited terrorist attacks, outside of that no deaths occured. Managing to show the Solarins at the very least they were well trained and disciplined. Vindicating the Corporate Executive Committee into not producing droids to replace them, continuing to feel that real soldiers are better than Droids that may be vulnerable to hacking or specialised weapons.

Activity Points

The Bank of Armathwaite would be given mandate to expand branches of the bank into the Redon Imperium, Backhatta Hive and Protorian Council allowing easy integration into the economies as per the Southern Galactic Trade Agreement. Seeking to begin the process of becoming the wealth repository of those who choose to become clients of the bank and sending it to Armathwaite. (5AP)

The Kingdom would withdraw from the Corporate Accounts and would discretely begin using vast resources to chase down rumours pertaining to Chaals location. Albeit discreetly. The Stealth Fleet with the Special Forces would be subsequently sent to find any validity in the rumours and if need be become the rescue force. (5AP)

The Shipyards would be put to work again, an order is put in for five new Carlisle Class Frigates to compliment the current Frigate contingent of the Royal Navy. The latest in all weapons and defence technology would be used in creating each vessel. (10AP)

The Corporation would be commissioned by the Kingdom to begin a project of creating new advanced small arms for the Infantry of the Silver Knight Corporation and larger variations of these small arms that can be used to replace aging weapons in the Mechs and Fighters. (4AP)

More Investments would be put into the Secret Project. (4AP, 20 Total, 24 Accumulated next turn)

The Trade Federation

9v5lRx1.png

AP: 42 !!

Investment into Project TAROT continues. (15AP) (60 invested)

Project MENDICANT continues as well! The focus remains on improving the general cyberwarfare capacities of the nation. This means their capacity to ‘hack’ into ships and shut down critical parts, hack into installations, defend from such things and all that plethora of things that cannot be put under a single name but involve cyber warfare as a whole. (13AP) (25 invested)

A colony ship is built in the GTC shipyards, it has no destination yet. (3AP)

Following the example of Hephaestus Enterprises, The Trade Federation continues to invest heavily into PR and improving their image, or in this case, distancing them from the concept of being a ‘human’ nation.
-They continue to add more aliens to official positions with outward visibility and the cevelli curriculum is continually improved, along with the addition of other languages as optional courses later on in the youth's education.
-Through less blatant means, the Trade Federation begins to cultivate their image as a stable, expert group of businessmen who lead a stable, honest trading empire. Basically, they wish to appear more reputable, important and a desirable group to go to when it comes to business, trade, etc. (4AP)

The Federal Bureau of Security, the TF's intelligence agency begins to spread out its feelers in an attempt to find a trace of Chaal. They begin in their own homeland, an active transit center for the galaxy before spreading out both North and South, buying off informants, going down old leads and searching for the illusive Saryn. They work in cooperation with Armathwaite. (5AP)

The Trade Federation contacts multiple crusading nations as well as independent explorers and certain archives about acquiring detailed scans of regions near the eastern middle of the galaxy. ((Basically where I am now but on the other side.)) or around that area. (2AP)

Imperial Republic of Mankind

40k_imperial_aquila__transparent__by_fug

Location: Novam Domum, Imperial palace, exercise yard

Horus Varellion blocked the incoming sword strike from his opponent and blocked it with his own training sword and sent a set of offensive strikes against his opponent. His opponent then expertly blocked the set of strikes coming at him and seeing an opening in Horus's defense did a forward stab which though blocked by Horus caught him off balance of which his opponent then took advantage of and put the training sword to his neck. Seeing his situation Horus sighed and still sweating said "I yield" his opponents training sword then left his neck and he spoke up. "You are improving my lord but it will take some time before you can safely use that what was gifted to you." Horus nodded "That is true, thank you for helping to train me Logan, without you I would probably have cut of my arm at this point."  Horus's bodyguard, Loken smiled "You probably would have my lord."

Then Horus took a gulp from a bottle set to the side and rested for a few moments letting the sweat flow from his head before cleaning himself and putting on his normal clothing "Now with that done it's time to go back to work."

He then walked to his office where he thought about what the schedule was for this year. With the colony ship recently completed he now was able to let the Imperial provinces expand it's borders and the government budget. This was something important that needed to be done. Yet he first needed a fertile planet to colonize. For a second he thought of the Sarrif planet and a diabolical grin crossed his face. No he would not make direct contact yet but the thought was tempting. Still if he needed a new planet he could scout many of the still uncharted regions of Imperial space where unknown amounts of resources awaited them. Yes that could work

Still, a thought that kept nagging his mind is the lack of a large government income. Or at least small compared to other governments. This train of thought caused Horus to think on the income of the productive human colonies. What did they have what most governments lacked. Well investment into their economy of course as well as good intergalactic relations. Horus was not sure if he could gain the latter anytime soon but he knew he could do something about the first. At the very least he could start with promoting local business and maybe creating a natural eco-system so any future tourists would not see the bland endless planes of Novam Domum. Furthermore he thought of large forests across the planets in which the birds of old sang their song and childish laughter would fill the sky every now and then. Yes he knew what do this year. Time for some economic optimization.

Solar Ascendancy

Founded 2143

“Superiority comes it two forms, those who oppress and those who protect. Which are we?”

luni23iqxebz.jpg

-Pre-Fall of the THC-

You owe your allegiance to the Council, Director!” an angered man called out on the vid screen. Katherine jabbed a pointed metallic finger at him, having lost her arm in a previous war “I will not support your corrupted council any longer! I think its time the people you so humbly serve find out what you and the others are really up to!

Nira and Gideon would be standing nearby on the bridge after having returned from IRM Space. “You dare threaten me?” he scowls

I’m the Director of ONI you think you have any pull here?” she sneers. “You’re not as in control as what you think..” a loud crackle would fill the Bridge as a laser bolt strike Katherine in the back, her eyes wide before falling lifeless as she drops to the floor. “Agent Fox! Clean up this mess!” he orders before the screen closes. Nira and Gideon duck behind a console as the bridge turns into a warzone. Nira hold onto her Disruptor blade as Gideon loads his Ares II Rifle.

Nira run for the door..ready?” he says as she nods “Go!” he yells popping up over the console and open fires randomly. Nira runs for the door slapping the control panel and it opens not waiting for it to complete she slips through running down the hallway.

Over the radio things are chaotic “What’s going on! Are we being boarded!?

We are taking fire down here!

Kill all ONI Agents on sight!

She ducked around a corner coming face to face with an ONI Agent before she can blink she takes a strike to the face sending her onto her back on the ground. As she tries to recover he pulls out his pistol and aims to fire at her, suddenly the ship jerks heavily and he flies into the wall dropping his pistol. It lands between the two of them.

Instinctively she moves away from him before realizing the gun was there. He reaches for it well within his reach, her arm reaches out as the gun suddenly flies to her hand and she has it aimed at his head “Stand down!..” she yells trembling

He doesn’t listen jumping to his feet and drawing a knife he rushes at her. She pulls the trigger as her vision is filled with a bright flash…

-Present Day-

Nira jerked awake from her sleep sitting up quickly in her bed with a startled yell. Her room door opens and a Solarin Swordsman rushes inside “My Sovereign! Are you alright?” he asks his hand on the hilt of his sword.

She shakes her head “No...I’m fine..I’m sorry it was just..” she takes a breath “A bad dream.” she looks to him, he looks around to be sure before settling himself “Do you need anything my lady?” he asks, she shakes her head “I’m fine..thank you.” she offers a reassuring smile

He bows his head and goes to step back outside “If you need anything Ma’am let me know.” he goes back outside.

Her smile fades quickly as she frowns holding her head “I can still see their faces..” she mumbles rubbing her face before standing up.

---Later that Day---

Nira sat in the meeting room as she sat at a massive round table looking at others in the room, Humans, Hybrids, Grgl, Tassaran, Libellan. They came to answer her call for a council, perhaps something she called for in haste. Several being Business Executives and Corporate Leaders, something that rather disgusted her.

After hours of listening to them speak of efficiency and strengthening the Ascendancy one particular thing stuck out to her, greed. They all had it, they all were looking to use her to make more profit for themselves and aid the Ascendancy but at a cost that twisted her stomach. The People would suffer lower pay, more dangerous jobs. She finally had had it and ordered them all out of the room.

She stood staring out the window as a blizzard stormed through Sol as it always did.

My Sovereign, I understand your disgust. But what else are we going to do?” he asked continuing on “These terrorists having been keeping people on edge and-” she would cut him off “The Insurgents.

Yes..the Insurgents could become our most dire enemy, with the war with the Keerim stagnating the last thing we need is another civil war.he would addWe need to get rid of them.

Nira shook her head “No, but we do need something from them.” her Security chief would look at her oddly “Do you know what need from them?” she’d asked, he shrugged “Their submission?..

Nira sighed “We need their help.” she turned to him “They want to fight for the people, I say we let them. But this violence and aggression ends one way or another.

Their help? They want democracy back, they want to take you down and reinstate a Council!

I want a united Solarin Nation, and they want democracy. We’ll have to meet in the middle.” she says, he sighs “And how do you plan to do that?

I’ll answer their outbursts with an offer. Give me 3 days, and I’ll be prepared to give my speech.

The man bows “Of course.” he would go to leave the room.

Nira turns looking back out the window “And so the path down this long road begins..

-3 Days Later-

Nira stood before several cameras, she could’ve recorded this prior but that didn’t feel professional or personal enough for her. This was an important moment and she wanted them to see how she truly felt.

Whenever you are ready Sovereign.

She removed her helmet and sat it behind her and turned to the Cameras “I’m ready.” she said, she felt nervous, anxious. But this had to happen, she HAD to do this.

Her aid counted down and the feed was suddenly live, broadcasting across all of Solaris Space. Nearby Nations and allies likely could view it as well.

My Solarin brothers and sisters, it has come to my attention that not all are pleased with the recent radical changes that have taken place, and that an amount of you have taken up to more than simple protests and gatherings. Some may call you terrorists, though this certainly is not the right word I would use. You fight for what you once had, the truest of Freedom and a full democratic government. It is commendable, if not admirable to know that there are others that believe in it so heartily.

I was once like yourselves, having gone through school and the academy believing it to be the only truest system for our people.” she frowns slightly before correcting her posture to a more serious stance “But our old system had failed us, No I do not speak this to simply ‘justify’ my taking of the position I now hold. It is but a cold, hard, and horrid truth. My grandmother, Vira Usenko was the one who lead our people through the stars and the cold void until we found our way here. But after the original council had all but lost its place and a newer generation took the reigns only Greed and Corruption came in its wake.

The Office of Naval Intelligence long had served the council loyally, doing the unfortunate but necessary work that was needed for us to maintain our way of life. Katherine finally chose to stop playing the Council's games and helping them keep control and threatened to expose them. It was this event..that started the fight, a fight that I and a great many others took up to see that this Corruption be sniffed out and put down.

Lives were lost..regrettably. But it had to be done. The Silver Knights offered to step in to Keep the Peace, not to oppress you! I do not seek to oppress my fellow Solarins or any whom put their faith in our Nation. You fight me because you feel it is what you must do, but attacking your own is not our way. It never shall be that way. Despite recent events I wish to make myself perfectly clear I will not allow this to continue. If you want to have a say, or to know you are being heard then let us work together! Let us come together and conduct ourselves as a civilized being should.

I am offering that all those whom took part in these attacks a chance to redeem yourselves and step out from the Shadows to the Light. I offer you Amnesty, I will not punish these actions if you all step forward. A committee will be held and I will allow THE PEOPLE to vote for those whom wish to work towards our future alongside me as my council and my advisors.

But do not..do not mistake my offer for Amnesty and my allowance of such actions as weakness, it is mercy. Those whom wish to not see reason and continue to fight when I offer a solution for you to speak will only be met with your swift end.

We are Brothers and Sisters, we have to be strong! To show the Galaxy that we are Solarin! To show that the Heart of Solaris burns within our souls!

We are the Children of Solaris! The Truest Inheritors of Sol!

0AP - The frigate ARN Norge is dispatched to the nearest awakened Saryn Guardians' sector, to the galactic east of Asgarder space. Its weapons are powered down but shields remain online. Norge has been equipped with state of the art sensor technology, scanning all activity in the sector. Should they be challenged by Saryn Guardian vessels the ship would continue scans (especially of the firstborn-tech ship) but cease travel further into the Saryn sector. It would transmit a message of a wish for diplomatic dialogue, indicating that a diplomatic and scientific team is aboard the Norge.

0AP - Sensor arrays in Asgard space are fixed on the newly awakened nearby Saryn Guardian sectors. While the technological benefits of observation at such extreme range are doubtful, Asgard is VERY interested in what exactly the ancient robots are doing... and if they're heading this way.

3AP - Asgard sends its second consignment of reconstruction aid to Utopie.

1AP - Following the recent discovery of Valhalla's true name, Os'laran, interest in the Saryn ruins has been revived in the public consciousness. Accordingly, additional research funding is approved, along with grants from public crowdfunding bodies. The excavations continue! [3AP total]

Dominion of Man

FG-106 Interceptor. (9 AP Total)

The Arbiter sought to make the first round of taxes on matter of military. It was time for peace, he himself said as much, but they needed to be ready. And so they would seek to stockpile their arsenal. The Arcturans are tasked with the research into these fighters.

The FG-106 is a cross design created between General Dynamics and Airbus Defense & Space. A moderate size fighter interceptor the FG-106 is designed with a unique arrestor system to allow it to land on any Dominion carrier or ship with the sufficient facilities. Plated in Infallible mesh it is armed with twin chin mounted 20mm rotary railguns and has a weapons payload of 22,000Ibs of ordnance. Attempts are made to integrate triple  phased shields to protect it against threat.

.

J-306 Tactical Bombers (9 AP Total)

The J-306 designed by join scientists from all nations and produced by Chengdu Aerospace Corporation in the Han Dominion, the bomber like the fighter is designed to operate of any DoM carrier and deliver a sufficient payload of 85,000Ibs coupled with wing mounted railguns the J-396 is a heavily armored bomber whose purpose is to ground enemy ships and structures into dust. The bomber would also be equipped with triple phased shields.

Dominion of Man Culture Program

For three years now thousands of children from every nation have toured the Dominion. From all over the Dominion they will receive personal notes from the Arbiter. Freighters chartered to transport them have enjoyed the lucrative contract.

Cohort

For Three years the elite retinue of the Arbiter have been doing non stop training. Comprised of every ten members from every full nation. They rotate daily and always attend the Arbiter, alongside his voice. They primarily wear the Utopie Itoron-Carbon combat armor, and use Disruptors/Force-Blades.

Warning

The Free Human Technocracy is sent a harsh reprimand. They have been staying as a Protectorate of the DoM. By doing such they had been avoiding paying taxes for years now. And the Affiliation knew they had the funds. As reprimands the FHT is barred from gaining the new fighter/bomber Tech unless they stay paying taxes for this year and the last.

Chaal

Very concerned, the Arbiter calls together the best agents he can find from every nation. They will form a coalition and head off to chase the rumors. (Encounter Pleeeease)

Breathing deeply, eyes closed,  Hanying sat cross legged in an empty cabin. She could feel the presence of the crew around her, sense their emotions, hear their thoughts if she cared to listen. Through them, she knew when the merchant ship lifted from the surface of London Prime and turned its bow north.

“This is for the best,” she thought to herself. The Cevelli were renowned for their psionics, and further formal training would be invaluable. Besides, Jie had gone to quite a bit of trouble to secure the recommendation. Still, guilt nagged at her mind. Why did she have to leave Chaal? The Saryn had been at her side almost as long as she could remember. She had always been there to guide her, never asking anything in return, and in return Hanying had parted ways with her just in time for...well, no one really knew.

She’d been staying at the Dominion embassy in GTC-P when she heard the news, and she’d almost gone back south immediately. It was only Jie that managed to convince her otherwise: the crusade was nearly finished, he’d said. He would do what he could afterwards. She needed to focus on herself.

Hanying sighed. He was right, of course. She wouldn’t be of much use in a Lithruan investigation, and she didn’t have the resources that the older Han would have when he got home. Once again, she managed to put the thought from her head, and focused on the future. Though she hated to admit it, she was excited: she’d only been this far north once, and that was for barely enough time to exchange pleasantries with the Star Lord’s grandchildren. Besides, she had been a child, and under constant supervision. This time, she was on her own. She could see what she wished to see, and do what she wished to do.

At that thought she found herself smiling for the first time in days, and opened her eyes, getting to her feet. Perhaps it was time to get to know the crew.

----------

As Dai Hanying travels north to receive formal training under the Cevelli, the most prominent Han abroad moves north as well, albeit more slowly. Huang Jie and the Ka’cezh under his command join the final assault on the Corruptor scourge with fearless enthusiasm, as the end of nine years of war is finally in sight. Orders from the Dominion tell him to secure Corruptor samples for further research, but those are orders which are entirely ignored: too many men have died fighting the monsters to risk them ever returning. Too many.

As she promised to High Inspector Shi Yimu, Wen Yang is able to convince her fellow psychic Zeng Xue to return to Yuguo. Taking command of Laandaalir Triat, she begins to dismantle some of the more fanatic sects of Zeng’s Triple Crescent, but back in the capital the lieutenant finds more fertile ground for his thoughts on the nature of the universe. It appears the Triple Crescent has begun to spread like wildfire among the army garrison of Yuguo, and though they are hardly hostile to established Dominion power structures, they do represent a new power bloc. Yimu remains concerned.

Nevertheless, overall the Han remain at peace. If they have grand designs, they remain hidden. If their mistrust of the outside world has not lessened, it does not appear to have intensified either. They go about their business as they always have: quietly, save for the occasional propaganda broadcast revealing nothing of consequence. The Dominion is still.

It was an endless nightmare for generations. But now, it’s gone. The threat of something engulfing the entire galaxy. A shadow driven from existence, a race purged, with all its flaws, the other races have banded together and decided this particular race did not deserve its existence. The nations of the North withdraw their fleets, return home. Many a soldier does not, but many others do and have future generations living in peace from this terror that once reigned.

Uneasy the year is, but full of hope, full of change. And for the while being, the first year of a peaceful Southern Galaxy, after decades of various wars.

Republican Systems of Edonia

A colossal project, but it shows the ingenuity and power of mankind, as this shipyard reaches completion ready to bolster fleets with new ships.

Alike the shipyard, the investments into research will certainly show promise.

The targeting computer shows promise, is improved, streamlined, made more efficient, but there is still so much potential left.

Itoron-Carbon weave could be a potentially interesting alternative for light combat armor for infantry, the scientists propose. With more investment they could go into dedicated research and development.

Studying current detection methods the scientists merely conclude this year with a brainstorming, research phase.

Andorra

The shipyard is completed as planned, ready for Andorra’s projects.

The HIPS and ATM projects continue. (Skype)

The investments are welcomed by the populace, results yet to be seen though.

Thulean Republic

Project Taranis continues as planned. (Skype)

On the other hand, all three ships finish construction as intended, prepared to proceed with any orders that may be given.

Hephaestus Enterprises

The 8th Crusade ends. All trade bonuses affiliated with it, and all trade bonuses for other nations vanish.

Commendable. Positive responses from the vast majority of the affected nations follow. This campaign might save Hephaestus some trouble in the future.

Industreh.

Another trade port looms over Hades, ready to pickup more trade, duh.

A response reaches Hephaestus from the Grand Alliance.

Republic Star State of Kanata

Project Trojan proceeds as planned with the allocated funds. The results are yet to be seen. (Skype)

The Affiliation

The surveys of the new colonies show no particular deposits of any resources of interest. And alike the surveys, searching former corrupter space yields no results. Ka’cezh salvage ships are seen here and there, some patrolling fleets. They have picked that area of space clean, thoroughly at that.

The Cloning facilities begin construction as intended, but it would take a while before they are operational at all.

Maltese Principalities

You can never have enough Xylorite.

Another colony ship is finished for the Maltese people to embark out into the ocean of stars and claim a new world for their fledgling country. Depending on where there the surveys are held, it may find a suitable one. (Skype)

The scientists begin disassembling the Disruptor rifles and studying them thoroughly. At some point, they might reach their goal.

The phasic riddles continue as well.

Star Trek is a good show. (Skype)

The Ganvius nation as previously freely allows Maltese merchants in. The LC does not seem to be reluctant either.

The Kalronians take it with a bucket of suspicion, but they take what is offered to them. Most of them are cold towards other races, uncomfortable with these “unworthy” beings.

United States Of Arcturus

The battleship, presumed it’s granted, is being delivered to Arcturus in due time, ready for orders.

Stay a while and listen. (Skype)

With a lack of current inhabitants, they fail to successfully claim another system for the USA. (Garrison does not count towards your population.)

The Kingdom of Unified Systems

And another secret project proceeds. (Skype)

Kingdom of Armathwaite

The banking plans go surprisingly well, with a growing amount of customers. At least in terms of money, they don’t seem to mistrust humans. Or it might be just Armathwaite. (+1 AP per turn from Banking business)

Regardless of all effort, she appears to have vanished from the face of this galaxy.

The ships are built and ready, the project for the new infantry weaponry rolls on, the upgrade probably much needed to hold up a standard within the galaxy.

And secret projects continue their secrecy. (Skype)

The Trade Federation

Is that a card? (Skype)

Given how vastly different operating systems are from race to race and computer to computer, this will be a hard task to accomplish properly. But they continue to give their best at developing in this area.

The colony ship is finished as intended, ready to settle new worlds.

Despite all efforts, the Trade Federation remains a human nation.

Even with all combined effort, there seems to be no trace of Chaal anywhere.

The Alduu’uuraneans provide the trade federation with a few star maps, but nothing special is shown. Former Corrupter space is now just swathes of empty star systems, worlds unowned, unconquered.

Imperial Republic of Mankind

With all effort they do discover a rich deposit of Ribalite in the newly established colony to the West. The world is a savannah world, warm, with a stable climate, not getting overly hot.

The other colony is established on a normal terrestrial planet that hasn’t shown any particular features.

Novam Domum certainly needs beautification. For long the capital world has been a dreary dark place, industry everywhere, gloomy, rainy. Despite the vast farms and rich greenery, the city itself is mostly a dirt stain. With all these efforts, it might prove positively on any potential tourism.

Solar Ascendancy

Whilst all projects continue, no resources of interest are found, it feels a lot like most stones got turned over already.

Asgard Republic

These machines appear to ignore the Asgard ships mostly, but upon being scanned (in a futile attempt, the readings being scrambled) they request to be left alone.

On the worlds where the Saryn Guardians are, they seem to mostly repair old equipment and facilities, constructing a new building here or there and building more of their kind, though at a slow rate at this point.

This year’s efforts show no result. Os’laran keeps its secrets still.

The additional jumpsuits should serve the Asgard military well. Mobility can be powerful when utilized correctly.

Any other projects continue unabated.

The Free Human Technocracy

With research proceeding steadily improving, the expansion of the shipyard concludes by the end of the year as planned. In the uncluttered section of it, they begin building a colony ship in the meantime.

The Han Dominion

Whilst the Lance project continues on, the shipyard continues to expand, growing slowly but steadily to a new size.

----

Events

The Corrupter Dominion is officially defeated. The Corrupters are reported extinct, thorough scans and searches for the whole quarter of the galaxy where they were present, showing no surviving Corrupters. The Northern nations withdraw their forces, finally head home. It was a long and gruesome crusade, the last to be.

With a combined total of 5.3 billion soldiers dead, thousands of ships destroyed, the Keerim Imperium agrees to a ceasefire with the Lithruan Coalition, withdrawing any demands or influence they intended to exert over the neighbouring nations. For the while being they seem banished, but it is a ceasefire. A pause for both sides, to arm up for the next conflict.

Within the first half of the year, the Redon leads his forces aggressively and successfully into the full occupation of Karass Dominion territory, effectively annexing it, integrating the people into the Imperium. The Backhatta, Galaron and Protorians do request that the Karass are to be masters of their own destiny and be given the freedom to choose. This mutual stance is followed by a treaty of unified interests.

The Saryn Guardian Assembly, as this collective of machines proclaims itself establishes minor contact with some nations.

On the other hand, led by a Saryn called Margek, a new nation is proclaimed. Or perhaps an old one. The Saryn State, or also Ancient State. Margek requests that they be left in peace, assembling what is left of his people.

News have it, that the Ar’gakari have been destroyed by the Darkul. Their worlds bombed out, fully occupied, the Ar’gakari enslaved.

At the same time, there are reports that the Zaxx Empire had a diplomatic incident with the Ka’cezh Star Empire.

The Kalronians announce publicly they would genocide all unworthy races in the galaxy.

General Activity:

Bellson stood by the window overlooking construction of three massive vessels, his face completely revealing he was satisfied. He was thirty years old when he joined the Edonian military back when it was still an Initiative. The old man was now thirty seven years of age, he had served in the Kalronian war and personally watched his fleet succeed over them twice. Despite the losses he suffered under his command, he gained recognition within the Republic as a war hero and became a leading member in modernization of the military. Now Bellson would command the first Edonian Battleship in history, it’s a momentous occasion for both Bellson and the growing nation. The recent advances in weapons tech would make these vessels something to truly fear. As he watched a remarkably large Longshot gauss cannon be settled into a hardpoint on one of the ships, Bellson knew his goal of preparing the navy for the coming incursions was soon to be complete.
