A group for those who play halflings.

Why should this club be created? What is the purpose of this club? Does it add something not already fulfilled by an existing club?: 

A club for the halflings, so that OOC discussions can be posted, and all halflings can see it, rather than the select few who have Skype or Discord. That is the general purpose, and no other club touches upon halfling issues.

Who will moderate this club?: 

Self-moderation would be within the elders of the halflings.
