The Vaxk

 

 

 

Hailing from the Wonk Cave, the Vaxk is one of the offspring of the enormous serpent that the Wonk mediate and control.

 

After a gathering of adventurers took to the stygian environment, they seized one of the eggs from the mother in her weakened state. With the progression of time, this egg was sold to Zaniil and Gilionel Isilioleth. They soon recognised that it was imperative that they find a good environment for incubation, and took to one of the hidden, humid cave regions within Velunor.

 

Once there, the cousins lay the egg within the moonlit pool, calling to Luara for guidance as her healing rays pierced the still, warm waters.

 

With her spiritual influence Luara would respond to her creations, and would indeed aid the Vaxk in its growth. In exchange, it would befall the same change that took place among the Mali'ker. It bears ashen scales and scarlet eyes, its length a maximum of 16ft.

 

 

Due to her gentle nature, this species of snake exhibits a docile character when unprovoked, and generally has no interest in causing harm. Despite their calm manner, they are not capable of being ridden, nor used in combat. They are very much their own creatures, and only linger with the Isilioleth due to the looming spiritual signature that both share- since they are both created of Luara.
